Some while ago a poster said the HUR could not buy back a proportion of the Bonds.It had to be all or nothing.If all the price would have to be much much higher than the current price.Can anyone confirm this ?

I invested in this dream 2 years ago,impressed by the huge reserves and Dr T's desire to prove the concept of Fractured basement production.The decimation of the reserves is a hammer blow for all investors who also believed in this dream.I understand the difficulties in assessing reserves but the CPR is what it is.Surely any competent CPR takes into account the uncertainties and arrives at a reasonable estimate.To find out 3 years later that they overestimated by 10 times is frankly either incompetence or the new estimates are wrong.Which is it ????
