Bought another lot this morning at 479.5 Lets see what next week brings.

My main holding is RDSB, 11500 shares, and nearly 600,000 shares in LLOY. LLOY is a wonderful trading share, As I have so many, I can trade every penny rise, as well as every penny down, it covers it well. Just an example of my trading style.

I normally look whom is giving a profit warning, on the day and see if the drop is enough where I am willing to jump in at. Nothing golden, just the early bird catches the worm, by reading.

Buy in tranches, and sell in tranches, so you will always have some. I bought 1500 Bdev, then bought another 1598. Sold one at 491 and then 493.5. Trousered £465.23 Profit, have done this quite a few times. Bought back 1598 at 483. If they fall again below 475 then will buy again, if not ride the wave up.

This is a traders dream share, sell around 493, buy back around 475. This has been going on for several months, so ride the wave. Bought LRD yesterday and out today. Bought SNR this morning, out a hour later. No point in hanging onto any share, play the traders game. I hold some long term, however I have a trading pot to try and make a bit of profit here and there. Good Luck with whatever your strategy.

Opec meetings are a complete waste of time. The Iranians are never going to agree, no point in having them meetings, as we all know the results, no agreement.

Got no chance as it is Saturday.

Will not sell these for less than £25 a pop. Will sit back and enjoy the divs. Currently up £51k, but the price I paid, was as I call it, "once in a lifetime opportunity". Cannot say the same about my LLOY and BARC.

On teletext today, the CEO say the dividend payment is secure.

I agree with you, RDSB is seen more of a defensive stock. Fantastic share, at such a low price. Superb yield. Price of oil cannot remain in the doldrums. My financial stocks are taking a kicking, however I had sold 100k worth to take advantage of Brexit fears. He who dares.

Analysts at Jefferies reiterated their ‘buy’ rating on Shell today, with a price target of 2,040p on the stock, arguing that the group represents a shrewd investment. I have ben continually buying, as I too see this as a bargain basement, with great dividends each quarter.

Oil has risen to a six-month high after analysts at Goldman Sachs said problems of oversupply were over and raised their outlook for the price of crude. Brent crude jumped 1.8% to hit $48.29 a barrel, its highest price since November last year. Goldman Sachs said in a report that various supply disruptions had flipped the oil market into deficit. 'The oil market has gone from nearing storage saturation to being in deficit much earlier than we expected,' it said. 'The market likely shifted into deficit in May... driven by both sustained strong demand as well as sharply declining production.'

Crude inventories rose 2.8 million barrels in the week to April 29 to 543.4 million barrels, a fresh record high. More critically, U.S. production decreased by 113,000 barrels per day last week suffering its strongest weekly decline since last July. Domestic output in the U.S. has now fallen in 11 consecutive weeks, dropping to its lowest level since September, 2014.
