If the major investors delist with him its not much to take the PIs out and go private. There is no benefit o5f being listed I can see. He doesn't need access to funding via placements and the tiny free float isn't worth it. All his comms are II focused anyway

I do expect the next big announcement to be him doing a buy out for full privatisation and it will be very soon

It's a shame as the big future value drivers we would no longer participate in and he can get it all done for a bargain a share or about £300m while there is blood on the streets

At some point they will be a tiny free float left and with the other IIs stating in it would would not cost much to delist pay the remainder 3 quid plus fir not alot total cost and they are orivate again

This must be the cheapest way of MM achieving his objectives and he gets stupidly cheap stock being snapped up on open market. Just the final few PIs to buy out but they would have to pay a big premium

It really is simple. Set out your plan, deliver it with minimum surprises. Inform your stakeholders ie investors at major stages on the plan

What's hard about it? The fact everyone guessing shows how crap the IR team are on the basics

Not at all but I would expect to.be briefed the same as the IIs. I would expect to be briefed against market commitments and major share price impacting events. Access to AGM easier and more thorough challenge of the directors allowed.

Who mentioned daily briefings other than you? Who are you? Are you in IR or an employee.

Read her bulk**** profile she really sells herself but has proven to be totally uselesssince her short time in this oisition. She has no control of her agenda it's all controlled for her by others. I wonder if she goes home at night thinking she's doing a good job

Do the right thing and resign Kate. The share orice is out of synch with the business, comms are appalling, you clearly aren't up to the job on behalf of us investors and the employees. Wonder what her pay is and if she reads this. I'm sure her employee colleagues do.
