That's exactly what I've been saying. He needs 1.2bn to take this private at 2 quid which he will have wi lay this as per his statement few weeks ago when he rejected 170

He can afford most of the 1.2bn himself so no need for a big PE injection about 400m max to buy.out the exiting investors at 40% plus his 800m from ipo and property sales being discussed

It's a massive win for him in that...

1. He's funded alot from softback over valuing equity injection
1. He made a mint from opo at 600p and....
2 . Makes a second mint when buys back for 200p what he sold at 600p to delist again and keeps total control for him and mates
3. He then grows orivateky for 3- 5 years privately and makes his enormous payday again of 5bn when he lists on nasdaq

Thats his plan....him mates employees family charities close IIs make a fortune. That's why he's recently done the charity deal and employee share scheme getting it a ready and it doesn't matter tbe orice as he's got his eye on nasdaq or private buyer

Thos will happen in next 12 months while he has golden share control so.o think we should get a 5 bagger quite soon

It doesnt need PE debt to gear it. The balance sheet has low fixed assets so can't gear it off company assets. PE have 1trillion!!! dry powder at minute they are awash with cash. PwC PE report a slowing of deals but its back to normal leveks after the spike over last 12 months and deal flow will cintinue. Plus sovereign wealth funds especially in UAE awash with cash top are.invest in this sector

Not much PE needed for him to get deal over line hes got 800m. The evidence is all there. He doesn't want this to go to someone else after 18 years and stupidly cheap value so 3rd party makes massive kiliing. Shared linfrastructure makes carve out v hard. Won't happen.

He wi do this I'm certain looking at the evidence his words and backdrop

But why would he need PE debt. At 200p if he has to buy out 40% of shareholding to take private that's 1.2bn. Hes got 800m from IPO and a II could cover the gap . Jr's even selling some of his properties. It's sweetest deal ever for him he gets it back for 1/3 of what he sold it for waits 3 years or so then makes a killing on US listing.

He then has made 3 mega killings for him his charity friends family and IIs who stay with him

1. IPO
2. Buying back
3. US listing

It's what I would do. O kt loses he will be crucified by are the IPO diqn to 200p investors still in who want out

MM takes it private at 200p with his spoils from IPO. Look at the evidence..

1. Pre deals with charities
2. Pre deals with staff
3. Warming up "deal" at 170p
4. Share price forced low get bad news out and exploit market sentiment
5. Not giving divisional granularity to avoid picking off

It's all set up not much funding needed but done IIs will stay with him

The 2 issues he needs to sort are...

1. A good story on why he sold it for 600p made a killing then bought back for 200p
2. Hope another offer doesn't cone it higher to ruin his plan

Obvious to me on the evidence and he's got few months now to do it before he loses control

It is and will be effectively a privately controlled publicly listed business which doesn't work for IIs and PIs. All the aggro of listing with no advantage to MM or IIs as low liquidty pool and they dont need funding from market.
Other side Is with no real control seen as a minority interest.

MM got his big pay day who IPO for 600p. Now can he buy it all back for 200p? What a dream deal.that would be for him and of course he can hres got the cash from IPO and thats what he will do before golden share.

Agree 12.months' actually less as say 3-4 months a bodder might as well wait so he will be very keen to get it sold prior to his control being lost when golden share expires

3. 84 days ago or 60 business days moulding stated in an RNS that the bisoness end in line
