Id be scratching my head big time if its poor given the recent insider massive buys and the comment in RNS that said the global conditions are playing to THG strength. I'd seriously questioning things.

Hmmm i just look at recent acquisition mutiples of 15× where we are valued at.

Not excting that near term but 250 would not be a good price in my view. The free float here is small and so cannot be used to reliably value the whole business controlling interest the lot

I'd be starting to be happy at 3+ which is still a good deal for an acquirer

With chairs shareholders friends family employees etc etc making up alot of the shareholders he'd be upsetting a hell of very close people.

I'd be marginally happy with half that 250 to 300 but still not a good performance from MM but ideally I'd like to stay in for longer

We can't get 170 there is no way MM can do that

He said himself said significantly undervalued

He said these conditions are favourable to THG

He said others at 3 to 5 times mutiples peer comparatives including revcejt done acquisitiondbin same market

Even 1.70 is only 0.7 therefore the fair value benchmarks he himself refers to value this at 3-5 timed sales multiple

This is 15 to 20 times where we are now ie 750p to 1000p

These are MMs own words not mine so he needs to put those numbers on table to take it pivate or he will be hauled in for breach of fiduciary duty

170p is too low

Dont use the 15% free float to extrapolate up to full value it's false technique as free float far too small and victim of a shirt attack

This is way way undervalued on free float just wait for it to play out now which it is doing nicely

Onke he can't argue that just read the RNS from yesterday it clearly states the opposite that the conditions are positive fir THG. The bid rejection said all.on track. Its in black and white from him. He simkly cannjt sat something dfferent that now that 170 no longer significantly undervalued

Oxford if you read the RNS thg are saying the opposite the macro is playing to their advantage.

I think the one of the biggest tech investors in the world gobbling up is something to be very positive about how could it not be. That along with 5 big directors obus fir them or associates and big recent employee awards. They would run the rule over concluded they like it nd sn investment of choice (thry wont be short of many choices) and put more muillions in and have unlimited pockets to do whatever they want. Its excellent news

Mutiple director buys alll lined up now for going private in 10 months before golden share expires above 170p. RNS stated macro is playing to THG advantage in run up to Q3 results.

This will multibag now. I predict 200p which is a shame as the massive gains will be made beyond that.

I'm not sure everyone grasps the significance of what happened today. A stressed investor has left. Replaced by one of the world's largest cash rich entities which invests heavily in global tech and a huge director buy all just before Q3 results...not forgetting chair buy!! A huge vote of confidence does not get much bigger and high quality than this.

The other RNS comments state how currentglibal conditions are clearly a win for THG.

This is excellent news massive MM buy AGAIN and QIA fund buying up. We have the biggest fund in the world buying up now and rid of distressed seller softback.
