I think it was island girl who did a great job in summing up the positions with sofina declaring late. If you could repost it we could rake a view on the ones that will delist and the others which may take the open offer to cash up the funds needed at 2.50

If the open offer is 2.50 then plan B needs to be compelling for them to delist with him. Its clear this is what's taking time at minute

It will take time to go through as an II will need to assess they will lose liquidity a listing offers but the proposal would be be the exit plan after say 3 years of privatisation they will be locking into. But alot of the selling will have been done already in bid rejection consultation when he will have presented his plan B
