If its PE then they will be buying some IIs out too and they know very well the small free float isn't what values 80% of this business. Its the IIs and MM who set the full price and the crazy free float is not relevant. They have already said no to 1.70

If its MM and the IIs stick with him then he will have to pay more than 1.70 to us PIs as in his words it significantly undervalued the business at 1.70

So it between 2.00 and 3.00 in his own words

Im betting on the most likely outcome here if MM takes it back private with separation done

I'd expect most IIs to not be bought out and take their holding private with him as they have stayed put all the way and they rejected the 1.70 bid.

The 3 to 5 times revenue is a good guide given recent deals.

Bottom end of 3 which is low given THG growth puts us around 4.50. Anything less is a give away. Ignore the fact this has been shorted to death which was an easy play given our low free float. The small free float is the big distortion here and so in now way can be used to value the business

Can see any II giving up at anything less as they top know the game that's been played out here and they wil. hardly roll over

On the good side though anyone buying in here is getting an excellent price with game changer news about to drop

I was in a stock 6 years ago same situation waiting for a golden game changer RNS. The morning it came was absolutely brilliant smashed expectations. Checked stock.krice and it was beyond where I thought. I was rich.

Went to my trading account all my money was in cash and actually a loss.

The MM dropped the price very early grabbed all the stock losses the the price multiplied

Investors furious but nothing they could do. Can you guess the share it was a well publicised one?
