I agree it locks us out in the early phase of an exceptional business. But we are a total pain for him with the listing governance and agro and abuse that goes with it. He just wants us gone delist and start enjoying himself doing what he does best growing his baby with his chums. That's why I think he'll make us a reasonable offer to take us out but I agree I like this business and it would be a shame not to be invested in it as it grows if the years

It would be impossible for him to offer anything less than 2.00 given he turned down 1.70 for us which he said highly undervalued the business.

Agree deliver separation this month then make the offer.

It's just staring me in the face. It's so obviously the answer here. Everyone wins PIs, MM, staff and the existing IIs role private with him of their buy out us part of the deal but they have already said they aren't selling

It's quite simple MM thinks it's worth way more than 1.70 he wants to take it private he' lined his staff up l, hes not buying on open market so all he now needs to do is just do it for 2.50. The free float doe not determine the calue if the business. If you took it to its extreme to show what i mean and there was 1 free float share out of 1m and that share as traded then it would have no bearing on the value if the business. Understand?

Theres it nothing more to it. Nothing delusional just MM to get a consortia in place to back his words on the prices shown in my post. He's also getting a bargain in his own view of value.
