In my opinion the culture of TT fundamentally broken which is far more serious than a hack. The business lacks values ans desire of empathy towards people and customers and has either an entrenched ignorance or worse arrogance at its senior management. I know a person who went for a senior role at TT recently and after 4 interviews they did not even have the decency to respond.
I would not be surprised at all if this decline leads to ultimate insolvency as that is the only way to rebuild a healthy culture around these assets for the benefit of th e UK. I believe this is looking more and more likely as the senior management are not up to the job and will never do the right thing and recognise this due to arrogance/ignorance,
How on earth will this business now attract talent or stop customers voting on feet on mass with the current management team,
