Check out the analyst tlrating forecasts on goldmans, jp Morgan bnp and barclays. Its the biggest gap on sp vs share price in the ftse which is why I invested here in first place. Some of those are not reflective of the new oil price either

I doubt people pulling out to fund holidays is a concern. Its driven by investment funds pension funds and hedge funds. Some people going on holiday won't affect the price one bit its miniscule

Overnight they get a win fall and the asset is worth 10m the company decides to hold the cash for a few years to decide what to do with it and pays divis out at same 1p p.a. Are you seriously saying that because its not Ben distributed that the windfall is worth zero? There are many methods to value a business and NAV is one you are ignoring

What do you think share buy backs are a waste. Its a an expensive cost of capital that isn't required. To simplify it for you would you personally have 10k in a bank account doing nothing yet on the other hand have a loan from a mate costing you 5% cost of capital?

....which is a proxy divi anyway. A buy back increases shoulders value. A buy buy is paying out all future dividend rights discounted to today's NPV. Therefore its the opposite of dilution so increases shareholder value for the remaining shares
