Sorry to highlight a share that's done very well, when I know investors here already feel salty about IES and FAR reaching dangerously close to our MCAP even though their inherent value and prospects are much lower but just felt it was worth highlighting.

If you remember, TILS decided to move off AIM back in April. Since then their share price has gone from 50p to 200p ish. A 4-fold increase!

This shows what is possible when we finally move off of AIM ourselves.

Move off AIM + No more constant selling from Golden Summit ALONE will cause the share price to recover finally.

Agreed. Real spread here is now 66 / 71.

In fact I did a dummy sell at 71 and there were no shares to buy, showing we'll see another tick up before the close.

Also re MM games - they're bloody irritating. MM manipulation of the spread made it appear as though REAT rose more than it did at the close yesterday, they dropped the spread at the open to make it look like the price had fallen, people started selling / taking profits, forcing me to do the same. Otherwise think it would've gone north of 1.5-1.6p. Annoying but c'est le vie dans l' AIM

Unclear whether the force is with us on this one, or maybe it's just going to arrive casually late to the party.

I'm 2p / 5% down but to be honest I cannot see this falling much lower because the trailing NAV per share is about 36p as it is, and it genuinely looks very undervalued at present.

Institutional investors certainly wouldn't have bought in at 60p if they thought it was expensive and we're 1/3 down from that at present!

Just tried to buy another £1,500's worth and was unable to buy even that tiny sum!!

This is about to pop !

OK looks like there's been some profit taking, which was always to be expected, but the number of sells are a fraction of the buys since Tuesday, so it looks like most the bought shares are being held, which will result in the share price consolidating at this higher level it seems

... in time for the Full Year results later this month

De-risked my holding, am very comfortable at this level, and have some powder dry if the opportunity presents itself.

Thanks for the responses. Resolute Mining doesn't interest me at all. Hummingbird does because it looks very undervalued to me.

Now that the situation is Mali appears to be improving (touch wood) this may be the perfect time to buy in.

Will do more research and make a decision early next week.

Thanks for your responses. Looks like I need to dig into the figures more to make sense of it.

It's funny because I considered investing either in CMC or IGG back in May when this 200p and IGG was ~800p. Since then this has rocketed to 360p today, whereas IGG is roughly where it was before haha!

Will do some research with a view to taking a position here in early Nov, before the Interim Results come out in late November.

The funny thing is that you're not even doing a good job at deramping, you wrote dozens of messages yesterday talking about who will be running the trains eventually and it was barely even relevant. You were just clutching at straws in desperation. And to what end?

Ahh see I was literally including ALL of their liabilities (both current and non-current) into my calculation, but perhaps that was too harsh?

Either way, I'm confident that this is great value, that it's a resilient company that's going to continue to grow nicely in the years to come, and is due a re-rate once the financial results come out later this month!

Thought process as follows:

H2 is never as good as H1 is for this company but they’ve made it clear that the business has been “barely dented” by covid-19, and 80% of their contracts are recurring anyway (their clients cannot stop them), so I’m going to assume 2020 H2 will equate to 90% of the 2019 H1 figures. I’m then going to add 1 month of that new £5m contract which replaced a £3.6m contract .i.e. £1,400,000 x (11/12) = £116.6k

On this basis (which is fairly conservative), the 2019/20 Full Year figures should be as follows:

Revenue - £32.5m (vs £34.6m)
EBITDA – £1.7m (vs £1.9m). – Appreciate this is higher than the £1.6m mentioned previously but that was a “worst case scenario” figure.
EV/EBITDA ratio (using the H1 cash and debt figures) = approximately 9 --- considerably lower than P/E ratio thanks to the level of cash!
P/E ratio should be about 10. Also low.

Looking ahead, you can take the £1.4m of new business (from existing) mentioned above, plus the £1.3m per year contract won since then, and if we then assume just a couple more similar-sized new business wins are made in the year ahead (there may well be many more!), you can see how the company will grow nicely to record levels of revenue and profits. On this basis, the forward EV/EBITDA figure is only about 7 = Incredibly good value.

In addition to the organic growth above, CSSG has also spoken about using the cash they have for acquisitive growth as well.

So, in conclusion, CSSG is:

- A resilient business that has barely been affected by covid-19, with a high % of their revenues coming from long-term contracts.
- They have entered into 2 new long-term contracts that will boost revenues by £2.7m in due course. [We will not really see the effects of either in the Full Year results coming up unfortunately]
- Their increasingly impressive “CV” will help them win more contracts in the future. A jolly snowball effect.
- There is the possibility of the cash pile of £2.3m (roughly 20% of the Market Cap) being utilised for value-adding acquisitions.
- Healthy growth should therefore resume in the 2020/21 year.
- GREAT VALUE at present !
- It is a British based company that should not be affected by Brexit.
- This used to trade about 100p and I could see it reaching that level again soon.

Target: 100p - which is 53% up from here.

Looks like the false close to move this down at the open (a classic mmtrick) has fooled some people into selling too soon after the first 150,000 or so of buys this morning.

With today's find that REAT has won a government contract worth £299k, and the recent suggestion there's many more big ticket contracts soon to be announced, as well as FY results later this month, this should be rising towards 2.00p!
