Thanks Crabtree for his response below confirming that there ought to be a maiden dividend being paid out.

This will certainly trigger buying from income-focused funds/trusts, causing an increase in the share price from this alone!

Making the sell 15-20p lower than the buy price, which is helping trigger this tree shake as some people take profits, because the MMs know they can mug sellers off a little and many of them will go for it anyway.

Honestly feel this is a bad time to sell. Charts are pointing to £10.50. And the 19th October date hasn't arrived yet, so it's likely big news will come this week to trigger a re-rate to something much higher than it is at present.

Appears to be a bit of a tree shake going on at the minute though!

Having watched PFD rise from 60p onwards, it's hard to accept buying in at 100p, but to be honest this changes the dynamic somewhat. Will do more research soon, with a view to buying some between now and the HY Results announced next month.

I first discovered NCYT on Wednesday night, bought a small sum on Thursday morning, more on Friday morning, and have become increasingly convinced since then that this is going to reach at least £40 per share in the next few months.

It's also clear that this is likely to reach £10-12 very soon, in the run up to the 19th October date, that has significance to the BoD's remuneration.

So I will be making another top-up tomorrow, regardless of the price. If it dips a little, that'll be lovely, but right now I feel very lucky to be able to buy at such a bargain price

I'm confident NCYT will win contracts in France but I don't see how that's proof of an award to be honest with you. Where has that come from?

I genuinely believe this is a bad time to sell but, in your shoes, having made such profit, I can understand the temptation. I would therefore sell whatever % you need to sell to "de-risk" the investment, and let the rest continue on as pure profit.

If the Market Cap / sp increases just a little more then NCYT will be automatically promoted to the FTSE 250 this December. This in itself will make the company seem more credible, get it more attention, and suddenly ensure that large trusts/funds that are focused on the FTSE250 only are able to purchase millions of shares. This in itself should help the gap between the inherent value and the market valuation close considerably.

If NCYT also starts paying a dividend then lots of trusts/funds focused on dividend-paying companies only will also start buying it up as well. Having a similar effect.

But do we expect dividends to start being paid soon?? I honestly don’t know

Great post Acuere. I actually think it’ll be over EUR 250m in revenue and the BoD have already said H2 margins will be similar to those in H1, so I actually think £27 is too conservative a target but we’re clearly thinking along the same lines!

Honestly cannot believe how exciting this share is. I’m fascinated by it !!
