Direct quote. That means NUMIS is bringing proper institutional capital in. That means NUMIS has now done research, has broker note, and is NOW doing deals.

This means negotiations are ongoing on the rollout. These contracts have been in negotiation for MONTHS. These are hard won and take time, that time is NOW.

Looks like a variety of French covid stocks were all impacted at the same time yesterday in a coordinated way yesterday morning, presumably because they wanted a more advantageous buy-in price. Presumably they were the ones to buy 0.6% of the shares in circulation at the close yesterday too.

In a way it's quite reassuring because they're clearly desperate to buy in, and that's probably because they know that big news is on the way this week, in time for the significant 19th October date.

EBITDA on those contracts will be 65-70% of the revenue figure. This is honestly dirt cheap.

The big difference is that, unlike Avacta, this is hugely profitable, so why would they need a placing?

I agree, this is a huge buying opportunity, because the shares will rebound.

If it wasn’t for NCYT’s profits I wouldn’t be so certain but this was never a pie-in-the-sky blue-sky-thinking type share, this is a share that’s suddenly turned a corner this year and has become super profitable.

And, based on all the fundamental metrics you could use, this is ridiculously undervalued at present.

Seems weird that the theoretical opening was at eur 10.88 and then suddenly changed to something so much lower just before the open. Feels like they must have had a call from the UK MMs or something asking for some help to drop the price to sell people into selling more shares because they have large orders to fill.

That £4m buy yesterday was for shares = 0.6% of the entire company. So perhaps whoever that was wants more, hence this morning’s tree shake to scare a few people into selling theirs?

Here we go, they're trying again, with a sudden drop all of a sudden out of nowhere.

Just remember why you bought in, why you held on Friday, think of how undervalued this is based on hard numbers & profits, think of how bright the immediate future is (in the run-up to 19th Oct) and the longer-term future

Myles McNulty decided to sell this AM because he had reached his target price. His twitter followers did the same, this seemed to cause some more profit-taking, and then a whole load of stop losses meant this dropped rapidly from 900p to 800p in just a few minutes (so fast that it had to be stop-loss driven).

And yeah to be honest, so few shares in circulation does contribute to the volatility of the share price as well, which is a double-edged sword. Amazing when it's going up of course!
