Hi Stt1,
Good question, and one I asked myself before deciding to invest, and I have good news for you:
The Government are not scrapping the rail franchise model, and they're instead propping up all the train operating companies (TOCs) with billions of pounds to make for their lost revenue, so the TOCs still have money to spend, and they obviously still need to clean their trains.
Nowadays more than ever!
The office I work in (for a huge American firm based in the city) remains open, as are many others. So, even if there are comparatively few of us going into the office, they still need to be cleaned.
Longer term it would be worrying if a huge % of the REAT's revenues came from offices but that does not appear to be the case. Instead they seem to be working with large companies in healthcare, rail, social housing, etc. As well as working with the government from the looks of things.
Also, as mentioned before, cleaning is more in demand than ever, and - as a microcap - REAT has SO much headroom to continue to grow very very fast!
