RE: BMN production Expansion, Orion Funds and the Future29 Nov 2020 17:03
Great analysis BBN, as usual, and I appreciate you taking an overly conservative approach! (even if it does sound rather negative)
1) It's clear the the Orion funding is a success in itself, (esp to secure it at such a low point in the cycle at a premium to the share price as well)!
2) I agree it will bring production up to 5,300 mtV in a short amount of time, and fund other areas of the business too, including Enerox.
3) I agree Enerox is clearly involved in the Eskom contract tender, and it won't be long before we know this for certain.
One thing I'm less sure of is whether our stake in Enerox will increase, because surely that's v dependent on Mikhail (who owns 8%) and the other chap who owns the remaining 50%? Are you saying some of the Orion funding would be used to buy a larger slice of the pie?
"BMN cannot withold its final ownership percentage from the market for very long and the reason its being withhold, must be because it isn't yet concluded. So watch this space on that one."
