Assuming H1 x 2 = FY, this is trading on a P/E and EV/EBIT ratio close to 10. Which is excellent value for a company who have tripled their profits this year. So I've decided to buy a few this morning, and am happy to have joined the party : )

And, putting the charts to one side, the fundamentals, progress, prospects, and growth here could not be any better.

Honestly these sub 20p, and especially these sub 15p prices, are a complete no brainer.

I've always said that the pharma bubble bursting would be very beneficial for non-pharma AIM shares, and that's proven to be the case.

However now I'm noticing that the "Top Risers" is being populated more and more so with non-gold mining companies. All the big miners have done very well too recently.

And you'll see many people in the market are saying we're on the cusp of major commodity bull run which will last beyond 2021.

So, whilst we've said for ages how we do not wish to be seen as a mining company, this may become a blessing rather than a curse over the next few years.

In addition, as you'll have no doubt noticed, Green companies have done extraordinarily well recently as well.

And, if you did a Venn diagram of mining companies that are also making the world more green, vanadium miners like BMN would be one of the few companies worldwide who fit in the shaded area in between.

All of which gives me even more confidence that a major re-rate is very close by!

Load up at these levels as much as you can, because we will never see sub 20p again soon enough I believe. DYOR & GLA.

There's no "hopefully" about it. The prices increasing is reflecting the reality of what's happening, and all the demand from stimulus-funded projects is all to come, and look forward to!

Know we've spoken as a group at length re what I call the "new sources of vanadium demand" from the electricity and renewable energy sectors. But the "traditional sources of vanadium demand" will also increase significantly in the months ahead because:

(1) There is expected to be an infrastructure boom to combat the economic impact (and unemployment impact) of coronavirus around the world.
(2) Vanadium is increasingly being used in steel. Not only in China, but around the world. A good example of vanadium's popularity rising can be seen with 'India Railways' choosing to replace their 42,000+ miles of track with vanadium-enforced steel for instance.
(3) Vanadium is used to make cars and aircrafts. The latter especially will pick back up in the coming months, as vaccines make normal levels of international travel possible again. Increased defence spending could assist too.

The level of stimulus spending will be like nothing we've ever seen before worldwide, and all coming at the same time!

We're seeing it China already, and the US and EU are not far behind now.

All of which increase vanadium demand, and consequently vanadium prices, at the same time as the "new demand" from the VRFB revolution continues to gather pace.

It looks as though they're focusing on lithium for now simply because they feel it is better established.

However they have made a point of saying that "The fund is ultimately battery technology agnostic." So yes they should be taking in vanadium and probably will do once they see it more and more. Which they will of course.

Just look at how much vanadium has grown in presence even just this year!

Completely agree, Sanchez. There is no denying the current share price is ridiculous. We are absurdly undervalued. Well overdue a re-rate. And one is one its way very soon.

This will multibag over the next few months and years. I have no doubt about it.

H1 Rev of £230m - 126% up
H1 Profit before Tax of £141m - 369% up
H1 EPS of 38.3p - 303% up
H1 dividend of 9.2p - 223% up ... and there'll be even more to come in H2

Also:
H1 Cash increased to 150m (+66m up from end of the prior FY)
H1 Current Liabs decreased to 156m, -29m less than the end of year.
These almost cancel each other out, meaning the EV = MC pretty much.

Current EV = £1050 / H1 EBIT alone = 7.5
Full year EV/EBIT looks like it will be 4-4.5 (Any ratio below 10 is good value, so less than 5 is an absolute bargain) !

P/E on course to be 5.5-6. Again this is extraordinarily low.

Conclusion:
- This is incredibly undervalued, and the best value in its sector by some margin
- It has the best growth in its sector across almost all metrics.
- It has the best FCF in its sector.
- It is on course to have the best year in its history by some margin.
- The ASIC and FCA changes in the new year are expected to have almost no impact whatsoever. The BOD have been clear about that.
- This is therefore a superb mix of growth and just the most incredible value.

The huge number of people who are started trading as a result of lockdown boredom this year will not suddenly disappear. This is the new normal I believe.
