IAA mobility kicks off on 5th Sept and the timing of it just could be significant as a lot of OEMs are attending and we are in the lead up to newsflow.

I had almost forgotten about this video of the move into China market - always worth another listen.

Seems that T1's will be at the forefront rather than SEE setting up an internal group.

Quite right too to protect IP and selectively move into a big market. Whilst China is expected to have 30% of the world auto sales - the monetary value is expected to be 10% - so caution is/was required rather than jumping in at the base level.

Both SEE and Seye firmly believe the current round of rfqs is split between 2.

Of course others may get a bite but lets see what happens.

It's clear from what Martin said that their original BMW win (which Martin had previously said contributed to the bulk of their 1m cars on the road), is now decreasing fast and will be a drag on their volumes.

Whereas SEE will have the benefit of increasing BMW numbers.... Nice

In summary there is a lot to kick off in terms of new SOP models - particularly biased towards the European market.

A lot of this points to an ever increasing build up of business primarily in the European markets.

They expect them to be profitable by mid next year, assuming ramp up in cars kicks in.

Ford BlueCruise relieves the driver and allows a more relaxed arrival. One of the central requirements for approval is the infrared camera mounted behind the steering wheel.
