In summary there is a lot to kick off in terms of new SOP models - particularly biased towards the European market.

Just realised there's a massive market for SEE that Shortwick has missed.

Think about it, look at the number of lives that could be saved by keeping golfers alert so they don't hit the ball into the crowds.

Think Magna mirror could fit the bill....

I think its clear the early RNS wins bear no relation to SOP numbers and thereafter.

It would good if SEE updated contract values accordingly.

Have cleaned it up a bit - to make room for more auto wins between now and xmas - hopefully.

If they run out of $825m in 3 months they'll need to find what, $2.5bn on top of the $825m to last as long as 13 months.

The UAW has a $825m strike fund that is set to compensate workers $500 a week while out on strike and could support all of its members for about three months.

Based on this each could get less than 2 days pay a week. And union would have no funds as nobody is paying in.

I agree they are different companies, IMO not directly comparable which we all have been guilty of doing in the past.

Cipia are heavily traded and even today are down 9% currently which would be seen as a disaster for SEE or Seye.

I cant explain SEE's rise from 5p to 6p with a retrace to ~5.70p on the back of no news.

Personally only Smarteye's news on NEW oem wins is the only news i consider. They expect 40% so shouldn't be unusual, but I'm looking forward to SEE newsflow.

I could pick other dates to change the numbers in whatever way I want. Its's irrelevant really.

My opinion is that the 3 companies mentioned are not directly comparable. Their business structures are different , staffing different, main business focusses different. Share structure different.

For example Cipia has 137m shares issued and yesterday there were about 6m traded and they went up ~29% .

For what it's worth - the only thing that is interest is auto oem wins - hopefully the next few months will show if both Seye and SEE get the proportion of wins that they expect.

You have to wonder why Cipia have never (that i can remember) stated what the value of each win has been. No minimum based on initial values like SEE do or the way Smarteye do.

Just seems odd.

Can you imagine the crying of PIs if Paul bought and sold like a trading PI would do.

Paul knows whats coming. He now has 8m shares and options on many millions more. He will be a very wealthy man.

Options can be taken anytime. No restriction on closed periods, contracts negotiations and what he knows, unlike open market.

Much better CEO exercising options above current SP than below SP. Gives the moaners less to cry about.
