Legally since the Veoneer board accepted the Magna bid they have to arrange an EGM and put it to the shareholders.
Qualcomm have to formalise a bid which Veoneer have to accept as a "more substantial bid" to allow the Veoneer board to put that bid to shareholders.
In the absence of the formal bid by QC the Veoneer board must continue with the only accepted bid.

Veoneer have to legally consider Magna offer, probably a formality once QC offer is finalised.

CAE announced on 31 August the acquisition of a minority stake in the flight training operations of SkyWarrior Flight Training.

Yeah, I think the takeaway is Seye in their Q2 report completely ignored current RFQ's which seems very strange to me and also to some Seye investors.

Glandore, so are you saying that you do not accept SEE are in F150 or Mach-E since neither have been rns'd and thus not 'fact' or are you suspending your definition......

I think Japan will be a mix of traditional T1's and chippies like QC. SEE have been working with T1's for many years in Japan.
Japan has been slower than others but times ticking and perhaps the current rfqs include some. Which is what i expect.

Best outcome for SEE, IMO

Paul did suggest there were wins not finally signed at different stages of agreement. These lincolns could be at interim order stage and yes the rfqs currently out could involve a few current customers signing up for more.
Perhaps why Paul was very confident to state pipeline numbers this time around.
