T1's and OEMs have to decide on what silicon to work with. The more streamlined SEE make their IP in each and the more collaborations SEE have, the better options available.

Paul mentioned Valeo at the London event and also on another video stating that Valeo, Magna and Veoneer are all major customers of ours.

SEE's target is 50% of the market... That'll do nicely.

Maybe Martins fishing, but it would seem strange for Gentez to do DD and buy Guardian in Sept 2021 which seem to provide what they need, to realise it doesnt then partner with Seye and solve their issues.

Its increasingly more difficult to determine the OEMs involved let alone the models that SEE are in and dual sourcing muddies the water further.
In auto the metrics are booked business, revenue (high margin) and stated number of models by the company. I'll remove the model names.
I assume Martin pushing the NDA's beyond the limit by his posting of him and Rana and clearly inferring things. I guess he is taking what opportunities he can before returing home to deal with the fundraise. The next 5 or 6 weeks will not be pleasant for him and Rana won't be impressed with the value she got for Affectiva paid in Smarteye shares.

Dont understand the thought of people underestimating Smarteye. They win contracts and are bidding on I would assume all contracts SEE bid on but remember i don't for one minute believe SEE bid on ALL contracts.
Certainly SEE have stated we aim to win 50% market share. So...... someone/others win the other 50%.
Winning is not SEE v Seye , its about the T1 and costs etc DMS is but a part of the package.
Gentex have their own in house DMS. I haven't seen Seye state they are working with them yet. My understanding is Magna have 2 or 3 mirror wins. Not aware of Gentex wins yet.
Im happy if SEE win 50% market share.

Yes he did say that. Gentex bought a dms company called Guardian in 2021 and are going internal. I would expect them being the other major mirror supplier they would go at it.

Watch the London presentation again. Paul explains the QC relationship. We dont win directly with them, we win with a T1. If an oem is using QC as their platform, well makes our chances much better. There always has to be an integrator.... Currently.

Indie Semiconductor must be the second Chippie licensing the Occula NPU. This is great news.
CES hasnt started on the retail side yet and newsflow is very good..

Pretty sure DMS is going into all cars, EV or not.

Isnt today the date of their EGM? (i could be wrong).
EGM to vote to allow the Board to raise the 325m SEK as stated a few weeks ago.
Redeye expect a 30% discount to the SP for the raise but the actual share price is to be determined later in Jan.

Magna deal when you think about it was a masterstoke in todays climate. No doubt Seye will get the money they are after but am sure their investors would have loved it on the same terms as Magna deal....

Magna as we know have a very large unit including our DMS / OMS demo and seem to be going well in winning OEM contracts. (Think its 3 inc the large VW one).

So who else,
maybe BMW will invite Dr Mike to present at their stand again.

Valeo may indeed surprise us....
