I wouldn't bother trying to second guess the large trades as being director buys. You often see odd trades going through after such a raising for several days. Have seen it many times, especially when the sharks Beaufort have been involved. I now wait, rather hopefully and with clenched teeth, to see what this high calibre management can pull off. The report currently reads 'could do better' D-minus for effort.

Unfortunately it is what happens when you raise via the Beaufort sharks. Very disappointed that the calibre of DL had to resort to using such methods. The Mgt have a lot to do now to resurrect the shareholder value they keep talking about.

Cbenford I don't know why you are shocked the MMs were always going to take this down to the placing price. Another Beaufort raping. The board now need to work hard to get this moving north.

Let's hope it is Del time will tell. As it stands the jury is very much out for me and these 'experts' now need to step up and get the SP moving north instead of the opposite.

Yes re-list next week. Lets hope they can hit the ground running post re-list because up to now it's been more Billy Smarts Circus than well respected leaders in their field knowing what they are doing. They need to be showing that they mean business and actually do build shareholder value instead of what we have seen so far. With gold now within spitting distance of $1300 a nice juicy gold project would surely limit the downside of the raising.

Let's hope when it does come back it is accompanied with some great news to somewhat negate the effects of the dire raising price and we then press on from there and these guys live up to their reputations.

Sirious get used to it, the overhang will be there for some time after three deeply discounted placings in a year with the bucket shop. And sentiment is rock bottom due to the above.

Right in a much better frame of mind today and much happier about things. Johnlatocha I don't see it like that. I think they could have easily raised the £6m but it probably meant 600m shares at 1p (ish). I think this and that they wanted to use different ways of funding is the reason for the move to the main list. I believe they have just raised enough to keep the lights on and business funded while they use their alternative measures to carry out their business plan which will become clear soon enough. Just my take fwiw.

Is we are at least coming back and directors are buying in (cheaply) and locked in for at least a year. We will have a mkt cap of just circa £4m @ 1.6p and it will only take one or two good investments to make that look a silly valuation. Now Mr Lindsley time for you to step up and walk the walk.

Disappointed like the rest of you. One can only hope that DL pulls off something good (eventually) but at the moment he is leaving me pretty uninspired. I did say at the time we had got shut of the wrong broker.

Fundamentals as solid now as they were months ago yet he had to accept a 1.3p raising a chunk of which has gone to bail zenit lol. The irony is that you constantly bleet that folk are calling it lower and picking on kerim yet it is he that keeps destroying shareholder value with poorly timed placings and using the bucket shop - laughable.
