Lotto I am not sure. It is very much off the radar and I think PIs might be waiting to see what is raised and at what price aa you suggested earlier. The more I understand about these guys and what they are hoping to build the more excited I get. The video today just underlines what another talent we have in Peter Botjos and the contacts and experience of the BoD must literally be second to none compared to companies valued at many many multiples higher.

DGR funding until 12th May so why would they say anything before it is all complete when they know how much they have in total?

Tracy I am not sure why you are using that tone against VanVan's post. There is a very obvious seller and the broker PG continue to be underwhelming in supporting this.

Unfortunately as well as the concerns mentioned regarding production at this early stage, the SP is not being helped by a persistent seller of quantity and the company continues to be very poorly served by it's broker.

thekenner are you for real? You call people reacting positively to a presentation, the like of which I have never seen before, rampers. Grow up man. The company have laid before you a BoD the strength of which has never been seen before on Aim fact. They have laid before you a plethora of very decent assets which with the right mgt could multi bag quickly. And finally they have laid out their excellent business plan. Some people can't see the wood for the trees but chose to call those who do rampers. Are you just here to cause trouble? Do you hold any shares? Or are you just the opposite of what you accuse posters of on here?

Lotto many thanks for posting the presentation and boy does it read well. I don't think there is any doubt we will raise the money, the only question is how much. Any one of those projects that is currently hamstrung due to bad management, bad luck or bad debt structures could seriously add multiples to the SP here. There is some serious resource there. My weekend will now be much happier. GL all.

Art the first roadshow meeting was last night yet you are expecting a RNS in the morning stating financing has been sorted. How long have you been investing? Since when has a company secured financing in a matter of days. You really are a tool.

12yrs is 12yrs Tracy, that means if they start exploration again in a couple of years when the money is rolling in they will still have 10yrs to find whatever else is there. How much of that 3x explo cost have they received so far? Or will all just get lost when the income is divided up. It sounds fancy but the company has seen none of it yet. Regarding Sainbas I hope they will find a way to explore it without too much pain to the company whether that is by JV or other means. But that is where the golden egg may lie and PG seem to be waking up to that too. Listening to the BRR recording it does look as though Kerim is looking at ways of reigning in the spending so may be he has realised that continued cheap dilution is doing shareholder value no good. Fortunately you are not running the company either.

Sorry Jolli it's just a general reminder that this in fact a shell company and nothing can be taken for granted. It will be a requirement of the NOMAD.

Tracey did I say 'this explorer stops exploring' or did I suggest stops exploring at RR until such time as it can be funded from income? AAU have been poking holes around RR for 12yrs if they don't know what they have by now or where the higher grade zones are they never will. They have to cut their cloth and stop with the cheap dilutions or lose investor confidence for good IMO.

Jolli it's boiler plate stuff, if you look at every RNS re the company's intentions you will see this added at the end. I doubt this Mgt would have any intentions of lowering the SP for a cheap raise but the NOMAD will need to ensure this was correct.

Tracylied I have to disagree with you. There is more than enough reserve at RR now to have a hiatus for several years until the money starts to roll in in earnest so it is not of prime importance. You say short term funding is irrelevant to the future returns, what rubbish. So you are going to get the same return with 1.5bn shares in issue as you would with circa 900m? You can not know what returns will be neither can you guess how many shares will be in issue. You can speculate you will get multiples. Kerim should certainly be supporting the SP if he can as that is how he will keep investors interested and also find it easier to raise and at much higher prices if and when he needs to. That said Panmure should be doing more. What Kerim should not be doing is continuing dropping holes in the ground using cheap money and beggar the shareholder which has been the mantra of the last 8months.
