Indeed Chaz. Seems to me he has been planning a company like this for some time and CAF appeared as the right vehicle. Also seems at least two projects are quite far down the due diligence route and good to hear him mention already producing assets, although as suggested we are still investing in the calibre of these guys. Never understand these proactive interviews though they are far too short. Be good to get another Blythwieigh done.

More great posts today. Great to have a very knowledgeable investor on here in okenia thanks for the reassurances. Can't wait for the investments to be made that is when the excitement will start in earnest.

Morning Lotto & Del. Nice posts Lotto thanks. I hope someone can make it along to the AGM to get a better feel of the way forward after suspension. Still caught in a battle between those not wanting to get caught in a suspension and a few who are seeing the bigger picture. Shame it has come back so far but a ludicrous valuation now.

VanVan that was my opinion too, there will be some report on production in June or early July but I am sure Tracylied knows better like there isn't a seller and there won't be another ball mill ;-)

Bythesea that was then this is now. A very different board with different ideas and business plan. Not only were these assets not near term enough they were not big enough. It's all there in the presentation these guys are going for the big stuff and they have the contacts and wherewithal to do it. Quite happy to sit here and wait for these guys to deliver.

They are issued by companies, by government agencies and by other entities and typically have the benefit of greater stability.

Cbenford I hear you, I lost a packet on MRS and so yesterdays news was not what I really wanted to hear but having read the RNS several times I feel a lot more confident. I think these guys have found some really big potential prospects that will need nurturing in various ways that excludes most companies and what will make them golden nuggets for us. DL and PB have said in those interviews that there are many great forgotten resources that for whatever the reason have become untouchable for most companies but have massive potential. If they can get this going I believe we will be on to a big winner.

Cbenford not unless the company goes to the wall and they can't find a way back and even then you will still own part of what is left. I don't see that happening. I find it refreshing to see many buys going through.

I read some posts yesterday saying the BoD are clueless. I find it quite refreshing that we have a BoD willing to change to a better direction for the greater good of the company and not carry on with something that would restrict them. Hopefully short term pain for longer term gain. These guys are the top of their fields and are not going to suffer the embarrassment of failing.

Very well said Lotto. Good to know you are still here. I can understand folk not wanting to get trapped in a suspension but I think this has been done for the greater good of what they are trying to build.

Deecay I agree. I don't think they have any problems raising the money, in fact quite the opposite however along with the Aim restrictions I don't think the investors or the BoD would want to be part of an Aim penny share with a billion plus shares in issue. I think there will be a restructuring of the current share base along with the LSE listing which may mean a 1 for 20. I see the usual faces have turned up to scare everybody. Look this Bod could probably cobble together nearly £6m on their own with their contacts and I doubt these guys are going to sully their excellent reputations. I see it has a positive, these guys have literally found some golden nuggets that couldn't be developed in the usual way and that makes them cheap and wanting in experience and money. Keep the faith chaps.

Any of those is possible VanVan but I think 1 & 2 the most likely in the short term. Kerim talks of more explo at Salinbas this summer and I am sure he would not want to dilute while the SP is so low so may be a partner to fund it. I am sure tracylied will be along shortly to chastise you lol.

Looks like a definite sign alright, deadline day 14th June, AGM 16th June, now you wouldn't want to be suspended at the AGM. Just a matter of time now chaps and chapesses.
