4kandles unfortunately we don't know how much of that �2m was given to bail Zenit. Will there be enough for drilling in the spring as well as fund the work on Tasvan as well. Like I say they need to clarify funding requirements going forward. PI's will not stand for more bucket shop rapings.

Even Keel what a load of tosh. Any serious investor wouldn't base their investment decision on what is discussed on a bulletin board. I am not sure what MrKnowall has said to get you all riled up. Just because you were lucky enough to get in at 0.8p and in profit doesn't mean it has been a good investment. For a lot of people it quite frankly hasn't . The long term share price graph is testament to that so don't be surprised for some posts not to be all happy clappers and flag waving as yours.

MrKnowall lol re' in4cedros. No he hasn't done the decent thing, in fact about a month ago he said he would be back to fight his corner after news came out. Well news came out and the market met it with a shrug of the shoulders as there are still too many unknowns like how much of that last raising went to Zenit and how much of it is left, and well in4cedros has not been heard of since, must be sucking lemons or something. The last fund raising certainly wasn't for shareholders but I don't believe it was for the benefit of the boys either. It was to bail Zenit and the way it was done, with whom and the price received shows it was cap in hand to fill a very obvious gap in the loan payments that I talked of much earlier in the year. Well you can lead a horse to water.......

PAUL1 without any drilling it is hard to see how we are going to gain much of a better understanding. One can only hope the on site studies they have been doing yield up enough information to get a JV partner involved or work through a sale at a good price. At the very least one would hope it kick starts the share price in to life. The other hope is of course that Ariana actually receive enough income from the mine before next drilling season to stave off any more dilutions for no shareholder reward.

Lol. No one wants a couple of million let alone any more. Not liquidity that is tight just volume that is shockingly poor. The company need to repair the damage of the successive poor raisings before this moves forward.

Liquidity last week and market doesn't recognise it this week. How can they recognise it if in your opinion there are few shares to buy? I think you are much nearer the mark this week tracylied but it is much less they don't recognise it and more they don't care about it. Why would anyone want to buy in yet. It's boring, the performance has been abysmal for shareholders and still no vision as to whether dilution has ceased. Let's hope there is more good news on salinbas than you suggest although I expect you are right.

Hoping some bad news in the world to get the gold price will not necessarily move the AAU SP . The company has always lagged any rise and excitement that other goldies seem to enjoy and that includes some dross. What the company need to do is to get some real news out on salinbas in the hope of repairing some of the damage done by the poorly managed dilutions and be more transparent on what was paid to zenit and when the company will receive an income from the mine.

That 1.9m looks like a roll over as on advfn there is a corresponding trade some seconds later. Yes very frustrating here but willing to wait for the right deal. Interesting they talk of a full listing once a deal is done. Be prepared for this to be suspended for some time if the deal is a big one and results in a reverse takeover.

Nice big buy there. I feel we are not far away from something now. Let's hope my gut feeling is correct.

Hey North I agree with you. Don't forget the company has taken nearly 15yrs to get where it is. As I understand the company will do more work at Tasvan and then apply for permits, that's what it says in the interview. So most of next year will be taken up with this and if they are lucky permitting will be done in time to make a start on the plant in 2019 but don't hold your breath. Only ground work and sampling has been done at salinbas. I am afraid finances and the approaching winter has put pay to anything else being done this year. Will they have enough information for a sale or JV at salinbas - answers on a postcard.

North it is indeed worrying that after $5m of income and unknown vat return that AAU have still not received a red cent to the coffers. Can I just say though that I think you are getting ahead of yourself on Tasman. This will not be producing until late 2019 at the earliest. Further work needs doing there as well as gaining the all important permits (and we all know how long they take) before any plant is even built. Also no drilling has been done at salinbas, that is planned for the new year.
