Yes Wolf I think you are on to something there. The CEO of Upl said on Vox yesterday that he was expecting a decision in May. Don't know if Uog have applied for anything but given they now have North Sea assets I would assume they would want to be involved.

Not sure about crown or Jamaica news just yet Wolf. I think any farm in on Jamaica will involve operator Tullow who may even give up some of their holding along with our own. As Tullow are heavily engaged in Guyana I don't think they will be in any hurry to do anything there. As for Crown I don't think it has the same draw as the plethora of other potential farm in opportunities in the north sea. Obviously I could be wrong. May be something from left field like Benin or the transformational deal.

Seems some determined selling again this morning for whatever reason. Although I agree with Wolf I do understand if some PI's are getting a tad bored and moving on given the company have not followed through yet on the transformational deal. Before any one shouts, I know these things do take time and the latest guidance tells us we must be patient on the transformational deal but unfortunately Brian made us feel last year it was close and apparently one was but then kicked in to the long grass.
Be good to get something from Benin if only to stop the latest rot.

Basically they don't give a flying fook about what us small PIs think but soon they have to break the silence with the results. That said they will probably only give a cursory explanation but at least we will be a little wiser to how they are keeping this crap game afloat. Total disregard for shareholders imo.

Nice update especially with regards to Tunisia as it looks like Sarawak is still cutting through swathes of red tape and god knows what else. However the amount of sells leads me to think some have been spooked by the access to funds remark. One would hope this long awaited update RNS is not marker for funding by paper.

The last guidance was for us to be patient on the transformational deal which could mean anything quite frankly and I am prepared to be patient for the right deal. The problem is Brian's enthusiasm always has one hoping there is something just round the corner. Been a tough start to the year so far and has not matched the bullishness of the pre Xmas conference call. Let's hope the rest of the year improves and Brian actually follows through with the transformational deal.

Your guess is as good as mine Foresight. We are still awaiting the 'transformational deal(s)' which could drop any day or we could just get another Brian piece to camera promising transformational deals.

Rarse thanks for the reply and congratulations on excellent work. In the reply to me they posted some rule number which means I suppose they are working within the rules but working within the rules does not necessarily make it fare or reasonable which the situation certainly is not and deserves some explanation especially when they have said their first thought is with their shareholders, that they have said they were near to conclusion in the near future and that they must have exhausted the remaining money. Well as I said the results are due out soon where they will have to break cover. Be interesting to know how they have been funding the company since it was running on empty in June. May be they have cut down on the curries. Appalling contempt of shareholders DeL Boy.

I had a similar standard cobblers reply like Bazza from someone called Ali, also this afternoon but as yet they have not replied to my rather disgruntled reply. Shockingly poor show all round.

Need to put pressure on these mugs one way or another, they have our money locked up and giving us no explanation. Hope to start looking into things early next week.
In the meantime we should all do our bit to find out what is going on and what can be done.

I agree. Tomorrow we are one week away from being kept in the dark for a full 6 months. Hardly the near future the company spoke of as to concluding something. All credibility in the company has gone and particularly DeL Boy and Kid Horton who espoused getting this deal done quickly and easily and said they would look after 'existing' shareholders. I propose we all send an email directly to Lindsley saying an update is long overdue. If that fails we should look at more legal ways of proceeding.
I think we all agree this is far beyond what is acceptable and what would be expected of these self called experts in their field. Appalling.

They obviously don't despite them saying so in the early camera piece BS.
