Thanks banks. Not sure what to think here at the moment. We have had none of the upside on anything but all the downside. Whether that is just to the seller(s) I am not sure. What I do know is the performance since the last placing has been dire.

Superjim I hear you but on the same hand concerning as well that we have had selling all this time and no notifications. We still don't know who the seller is or how many they have left.
Brian and Co need to double down now as this is turning in to a bit of a mare SP wise given all the news we got excited about has done nothing for the SP.

for the benefits of moving to Aim. Hopefully they will come but the hopes of liquidity and a better market, a couple of the reasons touted by the Mgt, certainly have not. Volume is pathetic even though we have found oil at Colter and the spread is as bad as it has ever been. So will the move to Aim allow us to close the transformational deal we have been promised for so long..........hope so :-/

Good to hear that the court case will not affect us but it doesn't sound as though we are much further on in the pathetic performance.
I urge all to watch the Proactive interview again at the start of this process and see how none of it has come true. DeL Boy's body language and facial expressions don't match the positive bull coming out of his mouth and little Tommy Horton is sat there trying to not say anything wrong and get's a scowl when he says that it should be done by late April lol. You have to ask is why if the prospect ticked all the boxes with a Rolls Royce processing plant that they can't get it financed. Don't trust them as far as I could throw the.
