So it looks like we are not going to get a 3 monthly conference call as we did in the 3rd weeks of Dec and March.
Is that because we are close to something? Or because the last two have been high on excitement and low on delivery? To avoid flack from the share fall? Hopefully it's the former. One thing is for sure we need some very tangible news just to get back well in to the 4's and dry up these sellers.

Themis people would have remained a bit more patient probably if the arrogance of Linsley & Co hadn't led us all to believe this was going to be done and dusted within 3 months and especially after it all seemed to fall apart last summer and then us finding out they had no money left.
That said it looks (fingers crossed) that they have come through and this should relist above what it suspended at and there could be some appetite for buying so may be get to 20p in the short term at least.

Well that's all very well but given Hardstoft is never likely to produce again I don't see how any of it is ours. Or are we just getting desperate due to the lack of any other news?

Well it looks like they have managed to achieve something but....... At the start of this process DeL Boy said their main priority was to existing shareholders. They have put some nice spin on the fact that they are raising at 16p or 25% above the dire suspension price that we had due to a very poor initial raising. When in fact it is 50% below the sp when they took over the company. The question is will this open at 16p or 12.5p and will the scramble for the exit mean it quickly becomes 5p? Not convinced but at least they look to have something over the line :-/

Yes they quit their respective positions and set up the company using their own money. Quite a leap of faith.
TheSwan I haven't seen any deramping here only people losing faith as up to now the company has not lived up to the excitement peddled in previous pieces to camera. Hopefully that will change and soon. The appointment seems to point to that.

Well he has made a big statement in there. If they secure a deal todays SP will be a distant memory. Hopefully he will be able to follow through and back it up this time. Good interview though.

Interesting appointment, another ex Tullow guy quell surprise. It does look like that transformational deal might be a bit closer though.
