Badger I get what Wolf is saying, it doesn't actually say 'transformational deal' but may be BL has finally learnt to be a little less excited until you have something to deliver. Whatever the semantics though the company need to be doing something as the performance since the last raising has been appalling.

Nice post Share.Builder and I agree with much of it but I think you are being too kind towards the share price performance. It's been dire ever since the last raising.
The thing here though is to deliver instead of talking about delivering and not. I am sure they will in time but shareholders only have so much patience when set against a decreasing sp.
The other concern is how much dilution the deal is going to cost us. With the sp this low the answer to that is a whole lot more than 3 months ago. We may have a £100m company in the making but it must come at a decent rise in the sp and not because of there a whole heap more cheap shares in circulation.

Brycen are we invested in the same company. I don't recognise much in your post that confirms that. May be you think having spent all the money and trousered $400k when saying they wouldn't take any money until the first deal was done is a good position to be in to negotiate a good deal and not get bent over by those who are going to have to stump up the money. At the moment it very much looks like a lifestyle company.
