The RNS is the boards reward plan.
We await the growth plan. If they are to use capital to re-purchase shares to achieve their targets they will fail.
They need to increase the profit margin to have a successful SP, MCAP & EBITDA.
2024 should be the year BOO moves upwards anyway.

Each award trance is set with criteria which in itself is fine.
Each trance being based on SP performance is fine.
Rewards will track the SP which is fine.
Board have dropped their incentives for 2019 & 2020 but not 2021 or 2022.
The RNS is the tinsel on the coming "growth plan" which will probably follow the "End of year results" within the next two weeks (12% drop in profits).
If the board need +10M each in order to have the incentive to increase shareholder value then they have completely missed the plot. They should forgo all awards until the SP is restored to at least 300p. After all they don't need the money anyway.
Achieve before being rewarded then continue with an incentive plan.

I believe the boards previous target was 425p to receive their bonuses. Since that won't be achieved by the previous target of 2025 - todays RNS arrives. WIN WIN if you buy at the right price & it ain't 46p.

A plan is a plan if most people agree. Like running up to "Berk the Insane Butcher of Bombadoo" with a squirt gun, your gonna have to get right up close to have any effect before getting pounded.

Boohoo executive just are not capable of writing a growth plan, version 1, 2 or 3.
Scrapping up to 2000 shares each is a distraction.
Dilution for existing shareholders of up to 6% then add in shorting activities - make it 11%
Previous buys by BOO didn't work out.

BUY & SELL volumes are mostly equal most days for BOO. It is often the same traders buying & selling as anyone else would find better stocks to lose money on (or make bigger money).
The open knowns are:
1. to predict the bottom, often a 2 to 5% swing
2. follow the swells, rockets & AT buying sprees
3. sell when your happy.

However you try to predict the SP there is no given that it will rise or fall at the time of your interest. More often it will do the complete opposite. Best to take a longer term view at least in weeks.

My crystal ball says BOO will be much higher by September. So much for the clairvoyant. A fortune-teller once said that if you hold on to your money & never spend it you will reach a great age & have no need for money.

Some heavy hits are not having any effect on the SP. Suggests an upward momentum for the day.
SP is not under the control of the sellers or buyers by the looks of it otherwise it would be 41p by now.
