I would like to see a growth plan laid bare on the table. It is nout more the hype & you can only achieve a SP boost like Friday for a short period.
BOO is making good investment decisions but doesn't have a handle on the media which can chew up BOO very easily.
SP will increase naturally based on good data.
Overall my verdict on BOO is good but not excellent to invest in. Target SPs

The missing piece for the distribution of the 175M incentive so called "growth plan" would see some 67.5M distributed amongst the staff which I presume to be some kind of bonus spread over the 5 year period.

I think the SP will go up regardless of management actions. Whether anyone receives the incentives is another story.

T4G - "The Growth Plan"
As I have succumbed to the numbness of the notice today & the RNS of yesterday, my thought has now frozen to the following:
"The board have agreed on a new strategy for remuneration which they believe shareholders will agree. The remuneration for directors will incentivise a swift increase in the SP over the given timelines. The targets for each year are highly stretched in this trading environment (as were previous years) which may mean they don't expect to achieve them. I assume they have adopted this strategy as they see no profits forthcoming & their only positive performance indicator will be the SP which is likely with no help from them to increase". I hope sales increase otherwise plop.

First read of it & I cannot see any details relating to a GROWTH PLAN. I do see repetitive garble of the management new INCENTIVE PLAN. There is no detail in the PDF on a plan to increase the SP. Written by a grey haired waffle who was told nothing.
