I thought after Boris Johnsons victory at the election that would settle Brexit and this year would be a ..quieter year i..n terms off events and then off course the Corona Virus struck.. this was also to have a big effect on the value off shares in general with big falls for many company stocks that were simply not imagined could happen only a few months earlier ... Anyone brave enough to buy say for example ..oil stocks ..in March or early April must be very happy with the gains they have made so far ...

Many thanks for your kind and helpful message ...when I am in a better situation I will look over the link ...this is nothing to do with shares but I used to place comments on an anti Brexit channel ( but I am/was pro Brexit ) so I am very much used to the knock about comments than can be placed on any social media site ...I think as long as people keep their comments civil and they are okay to take anything thrown at them if they have been dishing it out themselves then that's fine by me ...But once again many thanks for your.helpful information .....

I understand where you are coming from... but there is no harm in seeking inthe opinions of others who have a greater knowledge on the subject ...For example if in a hypothetical world Warren Buffet thought investing in U J O shares is a good idea I am interested to listen to somebody who has greater knowledge than me ...but that is not the same as saying I would just blindly follow there advice ....Is for each person to work out what is best for them in researching information not for anybody to dictate to others how this should be done !!!!

Apologies if my answer was not quite factually accurate ..I always do my best to make sure any comment I place is not misleading ...just this once I made a minor error ...

Is it worth to get in at this price ???..I think it can be very difficult to time a perfect entry point for all sorts off reasons but the important thing is that the share price is going in a general upwards trend over a period of time despite the peaks and troughs .....I am only a recent Investor myself so there will be more people on this site with a greater knowledge of U J O ...But from what I do understand when Wressle starts pumping oil out of the ground in the second half of this year they can get it out of the ground for around 17 and half dollars a barrel ( this is what I have found from doing some minor research on different webpages )... Consider Brent Crude currently trades at around 43 Dollars a barrel ...That seems like a no. - brainer to me ...Plus the company has very little debt which means worst case scenario is an investor may take a hit on their investment but not lose all their money ...I recently held shares for a very short period of time in both Tullow Oil and Premier Oil but I always felt very nervous if my shares would end up.worthless as both companies have very large liabilities and they both need the price off oil to be higher to see them both through ...Their investors may do well but the direction of the price of oil is still very uncertain at this stage ... We live in a period of time of great uncertainties for many investors in many different sectors but I personally feel confident with my own money invested in U J O that I will be financially rewarded for my investment with the company ...( Buy please be aware I am not a financial advisor etc ...so it is just my opinion that I am expressing )

Hi...I just wished to say thanks for giving a clear indication when Wressle could start pumping ...I very briefly put some investment money into Rockhopper but very quickly took my money back out again when I realized the project was prone to constant delays with no end in sight for the investors or little news to say what was going on ...I think that project in the Falklands was start somewhere around 2011 or 12 and it still does not have any finishing date ...I feel more confident with U J O that they may deliver the goods and possibly on time ( which can be quite unusual in this country when it comes to any type of project on a large scale ).!!!!!

As a very recent Investor I just wanted to ask from anyone on here who has good knowledge off the project at Wressle ..will Oil be coming out of the ground by October or there is a case where there is a possibility that some sort of complication could set in and then there is a unexpected delay maybe lasting months etc...???
I am aware of other oil exploration situations such as these and then off course some type of issue/ or issues set in and then it feels like to the investor an ongoing never ending saga.( I think Rockhopper is a classic case on this subject )..I have had a basic read of first inception of the project from back in 2016 and all the various planning objections from the local council etc...It seems to me there is nothing now to cause a delay but then I know nothing about drilling oil out of the ground ...

I very much appreciate the time you have taken to give me a very comprehensive reply ...when I am in a better situation I will read up on the info you have given ....one thing that caused me anxiety when I was briefly invested with the larger oil companies such as Tullow//Premier is the amount of debt they are carrying combined with the uncertain direction of the price of oil ...I do not have a proper understanding of the financials of f U J O but I seemed to remember reading somewhere they carry little or no debt ..

I have just purchased some shares with UJO.. after being through the mental grinder watching my hard earned cash taking a rough ride with various companies from B P to Tullow to Premier over a brief period of time recently but fortunately my losses are very minimal ....I Know very little about the company and have only just discovered where Wressle is on a map ...The news on the company from what I understand seems promising going forward ....what I wish to know after studying the share price history is from April 19 to August 19 there seem to be a spike in the share price to 0.3 pence before being quickly blown away again ...Is this just to do with the speculation or was there some sudden good / or bad news that hit the company at the time ...I know nobody has a Crystal Ball on shares but does anyone on this site who knows the company well think this climb/crash scenario could happen again in the near future or the shares purchased with UJO are a good longer term investment ??? Any info on this short period of history relating to the share Spike /drop would be kindly appreciated .....

I will tell you.something fundemendal ...and that is the Premier Share Price had outperformed Tullow / B P and Shell in the last 3 months even with the recent dip ...in fact the last two oil giants the Premier Share Price has thrashed .....

I posted only on Saturday morning that there is a possibility that the share price could reach the 60 pence to 70 pence range maybe late August to into September if the upwards trend of the share price was to continue in the same way as it had done from late August of last year to February of this year prior to the lockdown ...I was told the charts do not mean anything ....Now a broker is saying that they think the target price should be 68 pence ....Time will tell !!!!

Yes your correct ...off course there is a correlation between the price of oil and the share price of an oil company ...but if a chart points to an upwards trend over any given period of time for the share price of an oil company there is also normally a loose correlation with an upwards trend for the oil price chart as well ..unless other factors such as company debt / other issues etc...are hindering the share price growth ...This is stating the obvious but It is better for the share price to be in an upwards trend when investing rather than a downwards trend ......
