The shares will be added to treasury stock. * Chairman (Howard Gold) buys 50,000 shares yesterday for an un-disclosed price. * *** My Comments *** They should have explained why Graham sold to the company at below market price IMO. * They should have said wether Howards purchase was from the market or from Graham, and I feel it would have been helpfull to know what he paid... ie did he pay 11.5p or 17p or 19p ... trades reported as yet are not clear, but suggest 17.5p. * *** Treasury Stock *** There is now 749,480 NTBR shares in treasury, these shares were purchased by the company at an average price of 11.3p each. These shares were purchased by the company using money that could have been used to pay dividends, so I feel very strongly that, in proportion to my position, they are my property.

The machine has offered to buy from me 50,000 shares at 17.1p or 200,000 @ 14.94p .... it was willing to sell 50,000 to me for 19.16p each.

I have not spent much time looking at the current results against past performance etc, and I probably need to find circa 10 hours of quiet time to get a clearer & up to date opinion (I'm not in a rush at this price) ... I think underlying EPS is higher than 2.5p but lower than it was last year and because this business is subject to seasonal variation I dont expect 2nd half adjusted EPS to exceed 2p. It did not exceed 2p last year. ... My full year EPS guess/estimate of 4.2p is hopefully a little cautious.

The results seem ok. I would have sold circa 30% of my position this morning at 17p had the price been available. A retrace does not now seem worth playing for from my position, but if there is any money looking at this from the sidelines; it may think differently, particularly as the next set of results may be up to 9 months away! * It seems that the "bank debt" is being reduced by a mixture of paying it down through retained earnings and utilising supplier credit terms etc ... Not sure where the true underlying debt level is presently. * Underlying profitability appears to have been squeezed slightly. Full year adjusted EPS could be due to fall to 4.2p from 4.7p last year at a guess, so the equity remains in a bit of a tight spot IMO.

Many thanks, I agree results may be soon, going by last years date ... How do you know when the closed perid ends? ... is there a website or some other means of monitoring / determining closed periods?

Good to see it still looking steady here... Radmat crossing 4% is encouraging ... Its just a guess, but they could be seeking to join the group? ... if so I hope they are in good financial health!
