My issue with the action group is that it is not engaging with non members, I beleive it has or is recruiting from these message boards, with a view to turning its back on its roots... I feel it is missing a trick PR-wise, and looking a tad incompetant. .... * As a non member of the action group, but as an interested member of this forum and hibu shareholder (un confirmed, but truly!) it would be nice if some content were produced for such as me on the Action Group website. Revenue down 1.6% year on year, EBITDA up 564% !!! profit after tax down 27% !!!! * They attribute the EBITDA increase to a large forex gain + some BS about effeciency improvements... How profitable would the period have been without the "significant foreign exchange gain" ??? OMG! ... I think my attitude to this share is getting worse!

I agree the dividend policy is odd (or even suspicious), following a placing, and the inerest rates are high, but that maybe due to the infaltion rate in India? (assuming the debt is in INR)... I still find the accounts etc very difficult to believe / understand.... another cash call would not suprise me, but who would answer?

Once the debt became distressed no cash call would work until the lenders took their losses, by writing off the dead part of the debt (which was unsellable). The safe part of the debt could have been retained (or sold as debt at par IMO). and the risky part of the debt may have been sellable (at a discount) via many schemes, such as a rights issue, once the wider equity market had been given a chance to look at it. The Lenders, however were not obliged to go down this route IMO.

I think historically, due to seasonal variations net debt is generally higher at this time of year and usually lowest circa year -end.

Irrespective of the outcome of the hibu issue, is the action group likely to remain in existence after it has been resolved? * Thinking about some of my other positions, I believe the presence of an action group would add value, because they are aim stocks with low market capitals, where it would not take too many small PI's to collectively acquire a significant interest and I have stewardship type concerns/ resevations to varying degrees about both of them! * I am not a member of the action group, primarilly because I don't want the hassle of engaging with other market participants (or Agents) outside of this forum.... I am a hibu shareholder.

I think the lender's right to do with their position as they see fit has to be respected, end of. But as a losing market participant it seems more than a tad unfair that agents of shareholders, here and elsewhere, preside over such failures while drawing massive basic pay, never mind the additional bonus's etc, which are just totally absurd IMO... The government should be capping the salaries of listed entity "talent", because this is the public sector and definately not the private sector IMO. ... Situations such as this would be easier to take on the chin without the existence of a parasitic & privileged elite ... Rant over ... limping away.

As previously announced, a number of capital structure options had been under consideration. The Group can confirm that the terms of the restructuring allow for no payment to shareholders and that the shares of hibu plc have no value. The Board of Directors has therefore taken the decision to suspend the listing of shares in hibu plc and the trading of those shares on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 07:30 BST today.

As I understand it the Sunday Times article says shareholders "WILL" get wiped out, but this could be just sloppy journalism (Do they really mean totally wiped out???) and it does not appear to be repeated elsewhere?... The various articles of the last day or so all seem to suggest there will be £500m + of debt on the restructured balance sheet and that lenders will take control in a complex D4E swap (controll = 51%+) ... situation unchanged IMO, but deadline looming ... hibu shares may still have some sort of value as an option to participate in a possible post restructuring rights issue? ... The scenario I am hoping for is circa £1 bn debt on the balance sheet at 8%, with minimal or no equity siezed and with interest rate reductions and longer maturity terms available contingent on a rights issue to pay the debt down further.

Bought 500k @ 0.217p, holding 1 million ... This feels a tad embarassing!
