However, we are still rather likely to rise over the next couple of trading sessions as we have had three successive white / green candles on a daily chart (the "three soldiers"). Not a certainty, but more likely than not. Let's see also how the City will digest Kockar's statement of today too.

He would be contradicting the explicit statement of interest in Thomas Cook's business as reported by Bloomberg today by selling any of the shares that he has been buying, and woudl come across as a short-term trader of shares rather than a business investor - which I highly doubt is the image he'd want to convey.

2- he is mentioned in a multitude of industry magazines as a well established businessman
3- Anex is a GmbH

I estimate whether a trade is a buy or a sell by comparing it to the SP of the trades immediatley before and after. However, once we are after hours, the prices can be set in informal negotiations I believe, so I'd usually look the SP of the trade minutes (seconds even?) before 16:30 to give me a reference.

This might be a sell unfortunately... but I'm only 51% sure.

Assuming that he has banks to back him re: payment of the debt (not a small matter!!), it would be cheaper for Neset Kockar to hoover as many shares on the open market as he can since they are at their lowest in years (ever??) before making an offer for what's left.
