Yeah, the whole contents of the Raithlin notice are deliberately non-committal since it's address to the local public. But it was again misinterpreted from PIs as being uncertain of the success of the field. Plenty just lost lots of money by selling between 0.25 and 0.23 just now...

If the only breached EU laws are about the delays in the time to issue decisions by ARSO, then I doubt the damages to be awarded will be that big.

I think that Ascent went all in in Slovenia with very little legal back-up in case everything went tits up, and instead moved in mostly on the basis unenforceable guarantees from ministers etc. who have long since gone...

Don't worry, they are plenty of other big oil and energy services companies with whom non-binding agreements with no specifics whatsoever can be made to lift the SP by 5 - 50% (depending on the gullibility of the PIs present at the time of the RNS release).

I think it's one or two twitterati who assumed (or hoped) that the core test results would be separately released, and everyone took this as being a fact and it took a life of its own...

That interview was a rather pointless IMO - bad questions, if questions at all. And understandably whomever ("Richard?") was talking to DB seemed to be getting on his nerves.
I think DB can stop wasting his time talking to amateurs - although he probably doesn't have much to do until the rig actually arrives...

That's hilarious that they deem that report of shareholdings, which I believe is compulsory (or almost), worth RNS'ing. I guess it's to keep the dust away from that share...

I sold at 0.29 personally (at a 20% loss approx) as I don't like a company that says something will happen (the finalisation of that agreement), then announces it is postponed without giving clear reasons and new timings...

He just put up a photo of that rig saying it was Caythorpe on the 7 July 2019 according to the "man up north". But in the absence of a date /time stamp, to be taken with caution IMO.
