I'll repost the gist - too risky to try predicting the SP in the short term: you are bound to get disappointed, or worse, misled.

Based on the SP's movement AT PRESENT (i.e. if the pattern changes later, I'd re-evaluate), and without complete charts yet, I'd see us going back to at least 10 to 14p over the next 1-4 days. But it's likely to carry on going up afterwards, in line with that traditional cup and handle pattern.

But I must make a chart this evening to have a clearer idea, which I'll happily share on this BB.

Unlike other known PI chartists, I bounce news / company fundamentals and T.A. off each other constantly, rather than just going in the same direction and only using one of the 2 as the validation of the other - instead I regularly go back and forth between both.

So I might not want to compare the pattern on the 11th with that of the past few days as I think that the Neset Kockar / Anex news, and the pressure on them to make an offer before Fosun's is fully finalised, changes the dynamics a bit. But I'll check the 11th July pattern anyway.

E_AL - watch out though, the patterns of the days BEFORE yesterday were quite different, they all augured rises to above the day's highest levels. Yesterday was misleading as it went back down again in the afternoon, not promising a rise again the following day.
Currently, it's more a question of where near Friday or Monday's level will get back to.

T.A. helped me get approx 60% profits on TCG over the past few days.

If done rigorously and objectively, it can work wonders - there are many quacks on Twitter and on this BB admittedly.

Learn it rather than diss it and you'll make plenty of money.

IIRC, Quindell did have plenty of accounting irregularities (i.e. deliberate were some), so on that basis it deserved what happened to it. Those who held did not though obviously.

The accusations against BRU from Muddy Waters are a little similar, and the rotation of CFOs is a glaring aspect of it, but it's not just all about that course. Still, BRU outlook is worrygin.

Typical cup and handle formation, and the SP has bounced off the daily 8ema.
And hammer shapes on the hourly and 2-hourly charts.
I wouldn't be surprised if we got a TR1 of increased holdings from NK after close or on opening tomorrow.

That's extraordinary how damning that report is. I can't see the bottom towards this share is going now... sorry for anyone still holding.

It could be a variety of reasons, hard to pinpoint one. However, those reasons, whatever they are, can be often "packaged" in a graphic representation, the "cup and handle". There are plenty of explanations of it online.

But generally, when the SP recovers and a chart looks a bit like a bowl, often there is a sharp retracement at some point, followed by a subsequent rise.

Again, there could be a variety of reasons for that to happen (incl. self fulfilling prophecies), but we have to presume that it may take place and be ready if it does.

It seems we have a smaller version of the last few days' daily pattern of a bullish triangle forming....

WorldGoRound - we know FOR SURE: three TR1 were issued wit the guy's name and the share (above 8% currently).

A Turkish travel multimillionaire (billionaire?) has bought big stakes in.

Trades have been hovering around 9.1p for a little while, it seems to have stabilised there. I'm back in, I expect a resumption of the rise later this PM.

We are now around the bottom of the May / June price band, when there was a belief of multiple interested parties for at least the airline. Until we have more clarity about the nature of NS and Anex's interest in TCG, I suspect that the SP will not deviate too much.

I am honestly out for now as I need the cash, but will keep an eye. I don't think the SP will go down again, or substantially.

Very rarely you have trades logged about 5-10 min before the official opening. You certainly need to subscribe to a provider of live trades to see them, but their volume is usually negligible, if any at all.

A (pricier) subscription to L2 shows you some of the buy / sell orders placed by market makers - but even that can be manipulated to paint an inaccurate picture...

Trying to guess an opening price, unless a firm takeover offer has been officially made, is a mug’s game.

HOWEVER, a daily chart shows an above average likelihood of a solid (several % minimum) rise tomorrow or over the next few days due to three successive white / green candlesticks with no overlapping bodies, aka the three white soldiers.
Look it up, it’s a very strong signal.

Combine that with the justification for that rise so far Neset Kockar has effectively staked his name behind turning around all or some of Thomas Cook and has the backing of the Turkish government and we have strong chances of good profits in the making in the short term.

How far this will go, I have no idea: it’s down to how much NK and his banks think he can get all or parts of Thomas Cook for.

I hope he gets rid of PF and his CFO though, they have undone Harriet Green’s hard work.

Assuming that a third interested party in addition to Fosun and Neckar is here wishful thinking at this stage. And probably not needed IMO. Both the ones we have have deep pockets and have businesses that can complement that of Thomas Cook easily.

And there were big sells today too.

Ultimately, it's the actual SP, rather than trades which can be easily masked and cut up until small ones, that matters.
