Headancer- that’s a good post, but you kind of ruined it by saying there is going to be a rise like AIM has never seen.

This stock is main market and not AIM.

Seems to be a common misunderstanding of where this stock is listed.

At the moment we have placees like Chris Pye (Alexa Siri) trying to be everybody’s friend making out he does not want the warrants, of course he does. And no doubt he and all the placees want the SP up so they can sell off their placing shares at a profit to then raise funds to buy the warrants and sell them off too for further profits.
Bear in mind the warrants will only be available for 3 months, the dilution will be quick and catastrophic to the potential returns of non-placee shareholders.

Do not be taken in by Chris Pye, and his agenda.

The warrants must be voted down. If shareholders do not stick together and vote the warrants down, you will be handing all your potential returns to the placees.

Do not be fooled. Stick together and we will all reap the rewards we desire.

Looks like a disgruntled ARB holder to me.

I am in both, and there are a few on ARB concerned about people taking profits from ARB in to here.

Both doing well, but ARB will be huge. No reason to visit this board and start deramping though, particularly if not invested here.

You can see that Jonathan at Egremont means business and has now given written assurance that the new Chairman will not be affiliated to TB in any way. This is great news.

Now let’s get these warrants voted down.
As shareholders we must stand up against the dilution however hard it maybe.

A wise investor would trust what you say and follow your advice. There are a few posting non stop rubbish on this board as well a a number of placees who would rather the share holder revolt went away.

I urge anyone who is a genuine investor to make contact with Egremont and register your support for Gareth, to ensure this business can move forward without a corrupt BoD and a nomad that is clearly in cahoots with TB.

I am all for debate, but my general advice to people on these boards is be very careful who you engage with. The filter option is always useful.

Together as shareholders we will enforce governance and change where required, and prevent personal greed from TB.

Fantastic work being undertaken by Jonathan and Ergemont.
To stand with Gareth to protect the integrity of the business and shareholders is absolutely the right thing to do.
The placing was only done to facilitate entry for TB on the cheap. The placing was not needed. On top of this, the warrants are just blatant greed. This is not in the interest of the business or shareholders.
Those that have taken the placing will be doing all they can to rubbish Gareth’s name and make him out to be a trouble maker, they will do the same towards Ergemont. No doubt they will be claiming that shareholders will be causing damage if they continue to support Gareth Cave.

Well I have been invested in P2f and Gareth Cave for a long time, and the only value in RMS is through them. Trevor Brown brings no value and given the corrupt way he has behaved and threatening legal action against Gareth Cave highlights the low level qualities this man has.
Therefore, to all shareholders, think carefully with regard to what you read and what you hear. Those against Ergemont just want their warrants, simple. You must support Gareth in seeking Trevor Brown to be removed and for the warrants to be cancelled.

This is a time to support the one person that brings value to the business.

To raise funds that are not needed, through issuing warrants, in this case is just for pure financial greed of Trevor Brown.

If the warrants get approved, Gareth walks, the SP will tank and there will be no warrants, no masks and no future value in RMS.

That is why it is delusional for anyone to think that issuing these warrants is a good idea.
