Holdings over 3% have to be declared, and any subsequent changes, until you go below 3%.

There is no regulatory reason for Hadron to provide further updates as they are now below the 3% threshold. They are more likely sold out now though.

There is a big reason for SP being held back.

The explanation is very simple, the level of selling was far greater than the vast majority imagined would take place.
The good news is that the churn was immense, everyone that took profit is replaced by someone seeking profit.
The market will correct itself, and it was always predicted to be a volatile few weeks, but maybe this is a less volatile way as the SP will recover to true value in an organic way rather than spiking all over the place.

A few have jumped in very quick with opinions and accusations today, too many I said this, I said that and I told you this claims being made.
Give it a week or so, and let’s see what predictions of company value are looking accurate, and which ones are looking like finger in the air stuff.
Relist day was never going to reflect the current value, so no surprise that’s proved to be the case. I stand by my own expectations that it should have opened higher, the sell off stopped that happening, but the rerate will happen, that I have no doubt.

Was it a terrible day for pi’s.?
All those that sold today no doubt planned on selling anyway, so it was probably not as great a day as they hoped as they made less profit. Other than that, not much has changed.

If warrants have been cashed there will be another large chunk added to the coffers.

I was expecting SP to be higher, but it isn’t.
But I am really comfortable with today, knowing the journey that will unfold.
Next few sessions will be interesting, could see pre suspension price early doors tomorrow, before any rerate kicks in and selling subsides.
Once Q2 financials drop, the SP value will go up, and hopefully will continue to grow organically over time.

The mechanics of the churn will eventually play out over the next few sessions, and by end of month Q2 results will drop. The filed financials will provide confidence to the market as to what is being claimed by COPL. This is when we will see steps in the SP.

People panicking or 1d1ots coming on the board trying to claim COPL is over valued, really.? Where do you people develop your business acumen.?

It is all good, incredible fundamentals as summarised by Tilburn, and it was always about a journey and not the day it relists.

I envisaged a higher relist price, but it was not to be.
There is a lot of churn going on which is healthy for the long term.
Also, on reflection, we do not have much in the way of audited and published accounts. In fact we only have Q1 which still have low figures.
So in reality the price being low is a good thing. It has given opportunity for new investors to take a position, and when Q2 results are published, and the market has some confidence in the financials, the SP will grow.
We are where we are.
It is all good.

Just one big churn today.
Every share sold with profit is bought for the purpose of making profit.
Fundamentals are there.
Patience is your friend.

The strength of fundamentals in play here, with the upward incline curve will attract ii’s and no doubt pi’s too.
People can do all they can to try and get a low entry point, but it ain’t happening.
