Sanlorenzo,
When you put on posts that you are trying to educate a few of the clowns on here, it might be prudent to not give the appearance of being one yourself.
Whilst I appreciate that doing research and trying to understand a stock can be time consuming, it is also essential to appreciate what you are investing in.
The restructuring of the finances has taken nearly 12 months to complete, they are complex, but have secured the future solvency of the business.
In addition, within the terms of the finance agreement allowances have been included for the provision of fluctuations in gold prices. An extract is below:
"The end result places the Company in a financial position where its debt burden does not jeopardise its future solvency. Both the Company and the Lenders will share the upside and downside risks of gold price and operational performance fluctuations. Having completed this process management's immediate focus will be on dealing with the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and on ramping operational performance at Runruno back to pre-pandemic levels."
It is safe to say that the financial restructuring is robust, and when people realise and understand the detail they will conclude that this is a very secure business, with very good fixed interest rates on debt, with secure plans for paying down over the coming years.
Please restrain from belittling people on this board, particularly when you clearly do not have much understanding, as the only person that ends up looking like a clown is you.
