We have known that there is consideration for a fund raise for about a month now.

In order to come to a conclusion on how you are going to do it, you have to consider options. It is not the GM until tomorrow, we should know more, maybe we won’t.

Nothing wrong with the CEO stating what we already pretty much is just fine.

It’s key to do as much due diligence as possible and not take any advice from anybody.

Too many traders with agendas on here at present.

The business will come out of a challenging period and be healthy and fit to move forward at pace in 2024.

In fact it’s a better picture being given this week in terms of cash position.

What we don’t know and won’t know until the AGM is the details of fund raise, but again that’s no different to what we knew last week.

What will be will be on the very near short term, ie next few days.

Just relax, you clearly believe in the potential, no need to worry about the fluctuations in SP at present. Once we are post AGM we should have clarity and this will give more stability going forward.

Traders love volatility, and that impacts SP short term.

With cash strengthening the balance sheet, customer confidence will be greater when negotiating and agreeing supply contracts. All perfectly normal and a positive step to take is in to 2024.

DL has been transparent.

It was stated last week there will be a need to fundraise and for a CEO to be transparent is quite rare these days.

Out of the blue placings are not great.

We will know more after the AGM.

No point in speculating about a price for the placing.

What is certain in terms of fundraising is warrants at 6p. So I am sure they will want the SP to this level in the short term as well.

Once we are through this week we can get on with moving forward.

We knew last week about the potential need to raise funds.

Starting a placing price is pure speculation.

Advocating for newbies is a big red flag

The best thing anybody can do is read as many RNS’s as you can, view latest interviews and historical ones too, look at corporate updates and presentations, do as much due diligence as you can.

Make an informed choice of investing, not on the back of what someone says on here.

Placing was last weeks news and digested by market already.

Cashflow is clearly far more positive which puts less of a burden on the need to raise capital.

A fundraiser to take positive steps forward would be welcome.

We can also exit the TSP.

In addition warrants can be exercised at 6p.

All in all the business will now go in to 2924 in a very strong position with substantial growth predicted (corporate presentation) and as stated in todays RNS “transformative”

It is a great investment for 2024.

Great recovery today, 2p+ before AGM is a great base level and if news does drop SP will go higher.

This will be one of the shares to perform in 2024.
