So much misinformation being posted.

Just focus on fundamentals, and the reality is we do not have that many. However, the process of the company being in the edge of extinction to now is positive but we need TSP exit, confirmation of cash runway and then details of contracts )it may only be one) including longevity and numbers.

I maintain a view there is uplift here, that is why I keep a position, a completely derisked one.

Until there are sound fundamentals to formulate SP predictions, anything anybody states in terms of future price is pure speculation, and in some cases Hopium.

Keep it real, the business is where it is.

There is definitely going to be uplift, if we receive the news expect ted.

It’s impossible to have any accurate price prediction u til we have some numbers, ie cash runway following creditors agreement, and details of a contract. People criticise Skid, but he has made this fact abundantly clear many times.

Enet is a much better place than it was a few months ago and confidence is increasing that 2024 will be a transformative year.

The key thing here is patience.

I am not too sure Bergen is fully out, and not sure you will get a TR1 either so I suspect update will come as a business comms maybe with TSP exit.

Bit of liquidity in the market, traders will trade, prices go up and down. The general trend here now is up, just need patience.

Following the update yesterday and increased activity on this board, here is what to expect next few weeks:

The court if Lod will rubber stamp the approval of creditors agreement and the business will then formally exit the TSP. That could happen by end of next week dependent on how quickly the court can accommodate.

The business should then publish repayment schedule, and also cash position which will provide a know cash runway.

Following TSP exit, news of contract hopefully comes next and fingers crossed that is a lucrative deal with Tarana.

During this time 5g should be able to sell their remaining holding.

I cannot predict the SP, not sure anyone can with current information available, but I do foresee uplift and I remain positive with regard the coming months and year ahead.

Your posts can be a tad negative but that’s okay. Across LSE there are some weird and wonderful people with all sorts of agendas and some with multiple accounts. I am sure you are just a fairly long term shareholder that’s grown increasingly frustrated with the management of the business.

The SP is where it is because we do not know cash runway, we will not know until agreements with creditors has been made and the business exits the TSP.

Then we await contract announcement and quite a large amount of hope is that it is a significant Tarana contract.

Then we await other news, eg Intel collaboration.

I believe this will be a positive year, hence why I retain an investment, and a comfortable one as it’s a free ride.

Just have to be patient and see what unfolds, and be in a position of facts.

But claiming Skid works for MM’s, that’s utterly ridiculous.

Patience needed.

Expectations are that the business exits TSP any day now before the end of January.

We then await contract updates.

All things considered, Q1 should be a good one in terms of SP.

Can sell for 14.5p now so going past 15p looks nailed on for today.

Market has given the project a vote of confidence and this should be back to 20-25p range before full financing is secured.

I do have a figure of worth in the back of my mind, albeit slightly higher than your figure @ £1.25 within the next 18 - 24 months. Which really depends on the BoD pushing as hard as they're paid to do

I may sell a very small amount of my holding at the RIGHT PRICE to have a free ride (in the teens I hope) - to achieve that b4 EOY would be amazing!! ((FINGERS CROSSED))

I had a really good conversation with DL on Friday morning and here are my takeaways from the convo

1. Bergen sold lots of shares and with any coming news and following the consumption of remaining 61m shares they received due to the settlement agreement , with any good news share price will be able to climb nicely.

2. The company have plenty of cash as indicated and will have more by end year, therefore they are not under any pressure to raise and as indicate in the 800k contract RNS they indicated that Ethernity can exit the TSP without investment.

3. A raise will only happen when it is a positive move for the company and is not something that will happen at any cost. As per point 2, they have the money to exit TSP now which is massive!!!

DL has advised I am fine to share this …
