The tests being conducted are the more expensive option, and the longer the timespan the more in depth and detailed the results will be.

You would cut losses and prevent any further expenditure on testing as soon as you found indicators that proved it was not viable.

You cannot use 2023 trading data as a forecast.

What is needed is projected revenues and margins from the business for 2024.

The cash position will be used to pay creditors and exit TSP, we do not know those financials yet.

I am in the “transformative year” camp, but I do want to see the business secure robust contracts and provide full details of numbers.

What can be said is that the position of the business now compared to early October is already positively transformed.
