Good morning Harry. Glad you chose this thread. Pity LSE can't cut and paste the temporary thread here as the views on that were even more impressive over 6000 since 28 October! Missed your double as busy on other things including dealing with that irritant MR BANANA. I think its a good idea to introduce your short priced double. It can be used as a base for those who do all the other multiples. Say include them in a treble or series of trebles with a longer priced horse in a later race to increase the cash out value for another option, but not too long a price as that strategy failed miserably. Good evening all. I have been spread betting on and off for some time mainly EUR/$ and ftse and some ftse 100 shares. However I have got involved with uk AIM shares. Capital Spreads and Interactive Investor's spread betting platforms do not include them nor small capital main market shares. I have found IG does include them but don't like the spreads, even ftse has a 2 pip spread rather than 1 and don't like some of the restrictions placed on aim shares. Does anyone know of other platforms that include aim shares?

ot Sorry so late in posting. Had another hospital appointment then my son and grandchildren turned up unexpectedly, just left. 2 text's and emails arrived today closing 2 positions. Also had a call from Faraday early this morning offering an extended 18 months advices as opposed to 12 months for £495. I declined on the grounds that I had not seen the results of the last two advices and that I did not like the bog standard 60 pips stop loss applied to all advices and that I prefer to work on trades with only 40 pips stop loss but that it should be flexible to reflect market conditions and the proposed trade. Also I did not like some of the entry points suggested which appeared too late in some cases. One stop loss was triggered but if placed just a couple of pips above the perceived resistance just a couple of pips away it would not have been triggered. If somehing's too good to be true then it is. My £7 foray into coupling a winner with a long odds horse in a double was an utter disaster. The best cash in offered was 60p with 1 winner in the bag at 11/4 and potential to win £380 odd quid. The mistake was to couple with odds not likely to win. York 20's Ruby Day @25/1 coupled with a 66/1 was offering 1.23 to an 1 ew double Before either had raced. Will try again but with odds of not more than 25/1 as the second horse.

Harry, the most cash in I'm being offered at the moment before the 1st race is 20p of the £1 bet with Best Mode @4/1. The least is 3p on the 12/1 shot Dot Green. It will be a good gauge of where the money is going. I noticed with SDS's mounts that the cash in values of his rides at odds of 5/1 and less showed the biggest increases as they were being backed down. The biggest increase on a £1 single win bet was just over £1.50 that's an overnight increase in investment of 50% plus. Beats investing in shares or day trading with very little risk if one picks a successful jockey on a fancied horse who punters will back rather than the horse. How many shares increase by 10 to 50% overnight?Now flat racing season is almost over will have to find replacement jockey for SDS. Any suggestions? Who were the top 3 HN jockeys last season? GLA

Good evening all. Following on from yesterday and cash in values of multiples I have placed the following £1win doubles with BETFAIR for tomorrow’s racing at Pontefract. I have backed every single horse in the 15.40 and coupled each of them with Longshaw in the 16.10 at Pontefrat at 100/1. There are only 7 runners in the 15.40 at odds of 11/4 to 12/1. There will therefore be at least one potential winning double after the 15.40 is over with at least £3.75 going on a 100/1 with a potential payout of £378.75 or at best if the 12/1 wins a potential payout of £1,313. It will be interesting to see what the cash out offer is whatever wins the 15.40 before the second race starts. Cost of bet £7. Let you know tomorrow what cash in was offered and taken. There were other small fields at Plumpton 16.00 shortest price 11/4 8 runners and 16.30 6 runners shortest odds 5/2 with 33/1 shot Noir in the 17.30 plumpton or 33/1 Addictive Dream in the 17.10 at Pontefract GLA
