The bit that’s compelling is the free shares, complete the sale, take the sale consideration, divide that by the new company shares (1:1) and shock horror you get the 5p equivalent so let’s take the situation that after the RTO the SP is back to 1.7 and add the free share value to that and you can see why the excitement is growing. Then the free shares have more potential over time based on the other product.

Sometimes you’re just in a win-win situation and this is it and will continue to be win-win for a higher SP than 2.65p.

What will make the SP rise after RTO is the same as what makes over companies move, good news, bad news, anticipation, and various other macro or micro factors. You seem hugely focused on 1 aspect.

Like I say read my post as the de-risking aspect is the bonus all share holders have is the free shares at the end of tomorrow. So if you sell you lose that value.

Yes the post RTO market cap is an interesting one, to be honest I don’t want to guess that one, all I know is the free shares give me the confidence as that helps give us existing share holders value via that mechanism.

If I was buying at 4-5p I would maybe start to think of that aspect in more detail but at current levels and what I have as an average the post RTO price is almost irrelevant :)

This is a pharma and it currently has a market cap of circa 3.5m, if they stumble on a successful product the market cap of these smaller pharma’s go up and bag by eye water multiples.

This really is a case of existing share holders being looked after for a change.

Bit annoyed my other short terms did not do what I was hoping short term so had to make do with a few small top ups late last week and early this week, but that’s life.

Pumpkin, I would look at the deal in full and what it can bring for an investor in total, and continually just looking at the RTO share price does not represent the value on offer. This is an RTO, and free shares, and a significant opportunity above what exists today, it was never a placing to keep lights on so you need to look beyond the obvious.

Interesting day, the shares are so tightly held any real volume it would move very significantly.

Will be interesting to see where people are will to be pay tomorrow to get the guaranteed free shares in the carve out.

I see the free shares as a lottery ticket with a guaranteed return per share that is well worth having and then the lottery aspect is if the carved out aspects excel and then the new company either gets taken out (more likely) or gets valued as if the product is successful as money comes in as per the detailed agreements, at which point the free shares would be a dividend heaven beyond expectations and the dividends would be so beyond many multiples of the SP today it is hard to imagine that outcome lol.

The good think is end of tomorrow you get that lottery ticket and still have your money you purchased the ticket with, which in itself can multi bag during and after the RTO process.

I certainly won’t say it can’t have happened but the volume has not been high, although spread was deployed a lot and has been vast so it’s not out of the question for sure. I would go no, but not be that shocked if it was a yes. How about that for fencing sitting 😂

Yes I assume he has taken a chunk of them as there was nothing in the market to suggest an on market buy. If someone brought 5m on the market now we would be at a much higher SP given the availability

Agreed, billy unless the suspend next week, and then relist on RTO conclusion, which is possible and I think mentioned by someone else.

Basically if I wanted in on ROQ it is this week, although I mentioned 2 weeks ago you could see the worm turned but i personally can’t drag more trading money out of other opportunities, but have a holding so will hopefully do well anyway

If no one sees the value at this stage then they never will so no point in trying to explain.

If the pulled out areas of business were successful in years to come the value to share holders of the new shares would be well beyond 5p in value to a level seen when a pharma goes successful with products.

Well it could be an exciting week and then some clarity on where it all ends up but got to be in it to win it and I am in it, and might be more in it by Friday depending on how a few things go.

wayne, you seem to have an issue with every investment you are in so you may consider i am talking ******, but i am making money while talking it so at some stage i guess i am doing something right.

i will wait your next panic 1-2 line comment in the coming days on gst with much anticipation. it maybe due to a sp drop, an btc drop, a no news comment, bod are useless, or a general comment on how poor your investment is but i am sure it will be exciting.

Sparky, it’s because the people who really moan are the ones who trade with a smaller pot without knowing much about the company and their investment time frame is less so they are directly and instantly affected by the unknowns, where as others can ride out periods of less than ideal news if they feel there is value available

Wayne, I disliked the fact they borrowed £2m for BTC, but long term the treasury idea makes sense as it could be a useful tool on accounting purposes but i am not even going to attempt to explain that.

The treasury can start to have a positive or negative impact if it was a larger portion of the market cap in the future, but work out what difference a % drop or increase in €1m worth of BTC makes when the BTC amount is currently circa only 4% of the market cap at this very low market cap.

At 8.8 BTC fluctuations are nothing, hell if it went to £150 k per BTC the difference is not worth talking about in terms of market cap values.
