So what was your expectation on growth from when you started investing in 2023 from almost zero revenue? Where you expecting 50m year 1 and 1 billion year 2?

Hamilton, my hope was they dish out 1p a share equivalent quite quickly after the Jan deadline (a few months etc) based on the upfront payment and then I would bottom draw the new shares and wait and see what the future could hold for them.

Certainly exciting times in here for the next 2 months.

What is you view if revenue rises again for another half year period and the costs are shown to have dropped, both of which are intimated in the full year results? Is that a good thing or a bad thing for a company?

Some benefits of the free shares could come quite quickly, the BOD are aligned to do well when the free shares present an opportunity and I normally find when a BOD is directly aligned with share holders it all works out well

Chaebol, don’t understand when a BOD can and can’t buy shares? Its does not all centre around when a license is or is not due.

Basically we are news this month now, so although i have wanted news earlier here we are and i mentioned the interims will confirm alot from the full year ones and should show growth as they told us that to a degree.

Let’s see what the RNA’s say as its clear the company keep news and progress tight, whether that’s liked or disliked.

That’s said being guaranteed news and getting more than you expected is not out of the question so let’s see what they have been upto.

There are so many ways that investors can get money from the new organisation it’s not worth listing but one would assume if they have say 2.5m in the bank on completion of certain deals then that won’t just sit on the balance sheet will it, as they have already mentioned.

I mean let’s be honest with the share holdings, the current ROQ BOD are aligned with PI’s on wanting to release balance sheet wins into Dividends as they will do very well out of it.

I suspect the value of the new entity will be the RTO valuation plus a little of what ROQ bring in, which is / was undervalued, but could get lost in the noise as it’s the small piece of the pie so to speak.

Weird day today I must admit with no one seemly knowing what to do.

The way to make money is to find shares you don’t think are valued correctly and purchased them.

GGP is that share and after today’s news it increases that valuation gap so all is good.

This will move up and down but over a few years the trend is only going 1 way unless some black swan event hits.

Think about it not so long ago we could all buy at 4.8p placing or 5.2-6p on the open market with ease. Today we sit at circa 20p in old money so all is good

Cardinal, well today my gold cash cow, is going up another 10% (give or take) so I might see what happens here and a couple of other places and decide where a top up works.

Interims will show growth as they basically said it will in the full results and the fact the period was nearly over they should have had a good idea. Let’s see what the week brings.

Of course we can read an RNS, the value in the free shares is they pay you money from that company in the form of a special dividend. I they are doing the split out so existing share holders profit, and we will do.

Thanks for your concern pumpkin, shame your extra 30-40% did not come off for a quick trade but that’s life, however anyone in at the bell will do better than your 30-40% 👍

Pete, chill out the prize is after the bell today when you gain shares in a new entity free and then when a deal / milestone is done (end of Jan 26 for first one it seems) they will give holders some cash to which could be 5p a share. We are at 2.5p so no rush just chill and take the opportunity and the SP in ROQ / COILED then does what it does on RTO

Same pattern as yesterday so far. Regards of what it does tonight I am in to get my free bonus, and then park that and carryon with the RTO adventure
