Ian, no I did not expect 0.6p, as I did not expect arbitration, suspension, and as I stated a less than ideal BTC raise that has acted as a huge anchor. In a growth company the key actually is growth through revenue and the ability for investors to ride out the unexpected, as I stated above.

As usual in lower cap shares I suspect the people who are most upset are either invested too deep, don’t understand these things take longer than expected sometimes, or just trade it and change opinion purely based on if they are in or out.

Sell some, sell them all, buy more, or hold that’s basically the impact you can have.

The key to remember in these plays is what constitutes a good results from the Assys. I like plays like GEO and other early stage explorers as the gains can be significant.

At this stage for GEO results to prove they are in an area that supports gold and backs up what was found in the initial radar phase is actually positive. Results to find gold on the first 2 drill holes would be unbelievable, but possible.

Either way I have a position and will maintain that and the fact the GEO now has more licenses, and the oil side just gives a higher chance of success.

Ian, every recent financial submission has shown business improvement and they mentioned increased revenues again, so although it’s an IF until they submit them the IF has been consistent for a while now in terms of submissions.

What makes you think the interims won’t show progression, that’s probably the better question for you to answer because if recent historic data, and company statements make up my IF, then what makes up your view?

Like it or not, since a while back each set of interims, and final accounts has actually shown business progress. Last time out 90% revenue increase, however 1 off costs existed and hence the lose was increased up from almost no lose the period before.

Interims should be this week so let’s see if once again the numbers show progress, even if it’s not the faster paced progress we all expected this year with the arbitration, suspension, and a few other points acting as an anchor.

If they get this right and all the financial pillars get aligned and then marketed well the turn around could be spectacular and it will jump back a year in terms of positive vibes.

Chaebol, you can’t have it both ways. 1 way BAKE is not worth, much and has poor revenues in the next breath if the license does not come in GST crumbles.

I suggest just waiting till the interims are out as the meat on the bones from the year end accounts as that will verify a lot about the direction the business is in.

This is not a new comment from me but if they get Angra right that side of the business long term will be the biggest winner and make GST.

Time will tell where GST progresses to but a couple of decent updates showing increase revenues and ending of historic issues will make this snap back quick.

Escape, sorry but I have been involved with fundraising for companies and the DD involved, very rarely is it smooth and very rarely are initial expectations met given the complexity involved and the DD with a lot of parties and data rooms etc. 6 weeks is a very modest increase so they are well advanced in the raise.

Think of it this way, you are making an assumption that the progression currently in the business we are taking over is exactly the same as it was in Sept and November and ignoring the rest of the update. If the progress in the company in the last 3-4 months warrants it’s worth more it’s worth more.

Phase 1-2 can be very news heavy.

All people need to do is check the market caps of companies in phase 1 trials and phase 2 trials to see the worth here.

It’s a flippant comment but the up front is kind of irrelevant when the strike price remains the same as you are buying value not keeping lights on, which is a concept a few miss as all they see is “it’s costing more”

They get an extra circa 1.8m upfront and then extra shares when everyone is likely to be in profit at various stages.

It’s a pharma, if they move they really move and seems like the additional progress made in the new year to the drug is decent hence the adjustments.

If you are in an early stage pharma, and you think a 6 week delay is an issue you need to rethink your understanding.

No issue with the amended timing and I like the detail on the phase 1 update provided and highlights what can happen in an early stage pharma in clinical results start to show promise. It should not be underestimated the effort required to reach phase 1 testing and we are about to RTO in a company doing it, which means we are doing it.

This is a clear hold and wait, based on the future income from the free shares and the interesting and upcoming RTO, which was being helped along by a 1.7p placing so to hold at 1.4p is a complete no brainer.

The company have told us it’s all in progress (fact) next fact will be when BoL gives an answer to GST and all the other companies look for a license.
