I will say it again the price of BTC when GST have 8.8 of them means sod all in company value, if it halved or doubled it would not drive the price of GSTs market cap.

Unyet every accounts / Interims in recent history have shown revenue growth and asset growth.

When you are growing a business they are the metrics, and if they are doing that with everything thing going wrong and constant changes of directions, it would suggest (if your view was gospel) they are making the right direction changes to continue growth.

Sept selling was various people who purchased on the day before suspension as levels well below the initial opening prices (30-40% up would be my guess) and as such when an immediate return to 1p plus did not occur a lot of these shares where traded.

Is that before or after the Sept placing mouse that was confirmed as being worked through? Then the one a few weeks later?

If you say placing on any BB and on 99% you will be right within a year as it’s what’s the markets are for, but it does not mean you know what you’re taking about.

I must admit massive I do laugh when people are here trying to save us GST investors because it’s as if the assumption is we all only hold GST and a 5-10% rise or fall makes or breaks people.

To have that assumption it must be based on how they trade / invest which is worrying.

I don’t like it as much as the next person but GST has only ever communicated when there is something to say that’s very relevant, now I would have done it different outside of suspension but they have not altered their approach so like it or lump it.

I personally don’t like it (was happy prior to suspension with news when it’s new worthy) as I want led more engagement after suspension and have had my say, so I like it or lump it.

At a price of 0.7p the upside out strips the downside by many multiples so in that respect I am happy and will wait for a few years yet to see some great gains.

Mike, they are stages, I.e when the first stage of growth is met they get 200m, then 2nd stage another 200m and so on.

If we woke up and market cap went up from day 20m to 120m over night and stayed there for 30 days they would get all 3 phases (600m) in 1 go I assume.

The person who responds on BAKE Support is very knowledgeable and when you ask questions they can answer your get sensible replies. The same with Tim in his defence I find the replies prompt and where possible he answers what he can even if I do have a different personal opinion to how things are currently being managed in terms of communication.

You won’t waste time trying to speak to the BOD but will waste time with 199 messages in 30 days on an anonymous BB, cracking reallocation of your time.

There is certainly a desire to move up the buy price on each buy.

Sparky, back in the day last year I came in to GST with my main worry being I thought GST would start to get really interest to be brought out before reaching its potential.

However 2025 has thrown some curve balls so my assumption would be there needs to be a solid year of progress being shown and more growth before that worry starts to enter my mind again.

What with 1.2m of trades !!! There is zero volume any more up or down at these volumes is not worth analysing one bit.

It has been obvious for weeks it’s all waiting for the BOD to say something at all and when they do the SP will then react to that noise.

The rise will be based on a few things.

Future value of new shares in new company

Existing ROQ/Coil value

And importantly short term = minimal shares all being held for end of November and the new share opportunity

Think of the deal in stages,

The current value outside of the deal is in the SP currently and in November you have to own shares to access that value as it transfers to a new company and wig you have ROQ you get free shares to release that future value.

My simplistic view is that value should be easily more than 1.7p (maybe currently 3-4 times min) and then IF the products moved across where successful the value increase would be like any small pharmacy being successful (I.e. mind blowing)

Then once you review the above look at the new deal. The incentives to circle double the starting SP, then double it again, and then double it again are spelled out as that is what the 2 sets of management have agreed on.

Very simple I am hoping for significant returns with the split in Nov being a milestone on paper and then move on from there.

If the SP was 5-6p now I would maybe consider selling a few before the end of Nov but anything less than that the new shares are worth more to me.

If you think BTC is the most volatile thing you have ever seen don’t look at other Lower Cap cryto. To put it in perspective 1 I am in was up around 200% and then subsequently down 100% in around 10 days lol.

GST like all other companies, people, or countries invest in BTC for long term not short term as it has fantastic liquidity so buying in and selling out whenever you want is feasible.

BTC rising or falling 10-20% is not going to make any difference to GSTs value. If you want to see the value to GST then track the 24hr traded volume over time.

Yes Coal has done 100% today from what I can see on BAKE.

It’s only delisted on pro and not trading on BAKE due to liquidity. If the position with liquidity returns in the future it will relist on some platform to trade it, but if it could get to being worth £500k before relisting I would be happy 😂

I like the lack of green box activity today, maybe the worm is turning 😂
