Nice up tick in BAKE assets this morning to the most in recent times, but the positive aspect of the assets is the constant changing as that indicates usage. Lets see if it drops quickly and it’s a quick trade and out to a different wallet or remains.

The March corporate update told everyone this.

The Company has also appointed Response Legal to assist in securing a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) licence. The Company is confident in achieving a positive result, expected in the second half of 2025, further strengthening its position in the European digital asset market

The frustration with everyone (myself included) is the lack of any update since on the subject, but the communications I have had put that frustration to bed and it seems X, and others personal communications all back it up.

BAKE-EN response

For clarity I had exactly the same response from BAKE support in the earlier hours of the morning.

I followed this reply up with a very exact summary and ask if my summary was correct.

The response was “yes that’s correct”

On this basis I am happy that the license is applied for, we are awaiting a confirmation (obviously they could reject us) and currently to date there are no issues that need attention from the application process.

They can tell us that because GST told us they were looking at H2 2025 for a license so it’s nothing new but I was happy once they agreed my summary was correct.

The business is moving on.

Zodiac, I assume from that message today is the first day you have ever seen an AGM agenda (votes) for a listed company?

Let’s just say having the ability to issue more shares is classed as normal, but if it’s a shock to you then now you know.

While the price is at this level with limited volume, there is no need to drop money in now, I want to top up but have trading money in a couple of others that can jump at anytime so want to leave it as long as possible before increasing here.

This will probably mean I take the plunge as it’s moving up but that’s life.

@billy I don’t trade the great crypto share as that is 100% and investment at its current levels lol.

They are very conscious of investors desires to see more. However, I cannot comment on the timing or form these will take.

Basically the PR and Comms in GST is poor so we just await news full stop.

Poor comms is fine when official RNAs are good but when they are not great (arbitration, poor placing, suspension) comms become important.

Forced to wait till then for any updates. The company must being doing things worthy of reporting, but feel like it’s not important to give everyone a clear understanding of the progression for whatever reasons.

Well some pre market positions potentially indicate a rise would not be a shock today but the fact they show what they want never makes anything guaranteed

Could be the last of AIMs shares as the selling recently at any volume has been at / around the 0.75p level but it’s a share, someone has brought them and let’s be honest it is a decent qty but many here have more so retail investors do have a good qty so if another opportunity is seen some people take it and that is 100% fine.

What you don’t have with GST is a requirement for “off the wall” scale capex or opex needs so that alone helps.

Basically I like resource shares but by god you have have to time them well and go in / out a lot to make them viable or they become “bottom draw holds” for 5-10 years not just months 😂

What I would say is the responses are very politician like from what I can see and a little like GST in general where it’s never a “yes” or a “no” and all it’s all open to interpretation.

The only thing not open to interpretation is the RNA’s saying late 2025 so let’s see if they hit the deadlines they imposed 👍

What could you sell at at 8.02 vs 4.25 answer is significant headway.

The RNA was a great opportunity and if other shares allow I will continue to top up hear as I want the max QTY for the free shares in the future. Plus I think the SO rises on the RTO so currently I feel I am buying 1 and getting 3-4 free as an overall position with a chance 3-4 becomes significantly more.

Need to prey some other shares get a move on to a level I want to see at.

A rerun of 2024 from Nov to end of year would be good

Well edging up on volume so that’s certainly something.

Massive, the key for me is the interim’s as that fills tbr blanks for me. If after the noise and announcements the BOD don’t follow through with the licenses, the company additions, and some positive news the sentiment will continue.

I am actually shocked we have had no further updates on anything prior to AGM given the company was suspended as that damaged sentiment so much and there has been no effort to change it.

Still news will be soon so let’s see what that does.
