Well said Ronny , AP has done a sterling job in his role as CEO. As regards to the Pr after every RNS he goes onto podcast to clarify and give as much info as possible to ensure investors have the best info in which to invest. Not passing this head room is cutting your own throat in my opinion , this is required to grow the company . I will be attending the meeting on Monday in London FYI

Totally agree Castaway , this need voting through its critical to allow AP to drive the company forward, Unlike previous CEO's this will be used to grow the company and will be used only to grow the company.

2Pence I have Just contact Ap about the circular and he assures me that they were all posted out Registered post last Monday to ALL shareholders. i have also just checked my corporate action folder with interactive investor and my voting rights are on there to be auctioned. So i have just cast my votes in favor to support this ,guys please check your voting rights with your brokers and lets ensure we get this passed to allow AP to grow the company..

Guys your entitled to vote exactly how you want , they are your shares and your votes from your hard earnt cash . But before you you press the self destruct button look closely at the reason for this raising !! 250 K needed to pay for lawyers and legal fees etc , bring a $10 million OT/ finance deal is t cheap that’s where most of this is used . 750 K to improve manailla x3 . Seed money for new projects , DD is key to taking on any new assets. We know Zim is open for business and assets are available and with Will M on the ground in Zim I would be expecting further assets bought very soon . Rom too is open I’m sure AP will be using his Rom knowledge and connection to bring mines to the table . AP I delivering a business that will be strong enough to stand good and bad times if they ever arise , we now have a CEO driving the business towards a mid teir miner . If we are to achieve his goals then we should give the support of shareholders, yes not at any expense but we’re talking of a max 400 million shares 6% of SC for instant rewards and increase to revenues . I will rally all I can as normal to ensure we get this through , I will be discussing this with the African investors later today . Let’s get this done and AP let’s get this license sorted .

Fantasy valid points re AP delivery since taking over as CEO in Jan , you ask why after all this is the SP below the last placing price ? . Great point !! It’s a mystery to me and many many others , there is only 1 reason this could be it has to be the feeling that Bppm will never be delivered. Unfortunately many in the city believe we will never be granted the association , until this has been granted I fully expect them to keep bashing us down at these levels . Who knows what will happen once this has been granted , which I’m sure it will very soon looking and listening to Ap . Hence the reasoning behind my last few posts re placing at a higher price ? Discussing finer legal points is where we are now with the Rom gov, there will and must be dates set for operational start and handing over of association license Ap will know these and will be readying Vast for this as he knows it’s a major milestone for the company . I wouldn’t be suprised to see a steady flow of positive news on the back of the granting , sentiment will be key after this and I’m hoping Ap can deliver more deals like Eureka etc where these and the last 6 months will eventually be reflected in the SP. good luck all invested , we sure deserve it ..

Thirdman, we cannot get any more dilution than 400 million shares as that is all the headroom allotment is for. the company said it required £1.6 MILLION which equates to a share price of .4 at the lowest point to raise the required amount. I cannot see a placing of any shares before 1p and if this is the case our dilution will be 160 million shares ,this is far less than the traded shares yesterday. AP knows exactly where and when things are due to arrive thats why Vast have taken this approach to raising, listen to the podcasts yesterday it is all made very clear by AP in them.

Bio its to give the company headroom to issue shares, this is 6% of shares in issue for Vast . typically Aim companies run at around 20-30 of shares in issue held in the headroom account. This is not a major problem in my opinion , but yes timing not great but you have to assume AP knows whats coming and will be placing at a much higher price. Andrew P has worked his nuts off for Vast and continues to do so, his reputation may have been dented but believe me this will drive him on even further and harder.

Fantasy Mercuria will not pay for general running costs , they have signed upto for a prepayment OT agreement and the financing will be used for New Met plant ,etc.

Tom a lot of investors this morning read the RNS without digesting and looking at the finer points , once this is done they seem to have agreed that this is just headroom for a placing at a much higher price. This placing when it does happen which has to be after the 21st will be used to secure more assets and deliver 50% productivity increase at Manilla. Any new projects require DD to ensure they are a viable asset to be obtained this all costs money. THIS R.N.S IS ABOUT GROWING THE COMPANY AND ENSURING WE HAVE A BACKSTOP IN OUR CAP FOR ANY UNFORESEEN ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE . I look forward to AP's podcast as he will clear a lot of this up i guess and put investors at ease. Write AP of at your peril guys i feel he knows exactly what is coming....

Fantasy there needs to be a base line for figures , if he was going to place at this price it would have been a placing today . This is not a placing at today's price as pectan says not a conditional placing at an agreed price. AP knows whats coming and can get a lot more than 1.6 mill with a great SP.

Fantasy You ask why raise now ? He hasn't raised now and cannot raise until the headroom is given on the 21st . Think guys License could be in place well before then and we will be placing at a much higher Sp.

Guys today's RNS, yes we were told no more dilution for shareholders quite right. Break down the RNS Legal cost of Financing $250,000 this were the legal costs for securing the mercuria Pre-payment O/T Agreement De-watering Costs $450,00 because of the delay in the License issuing we have encountered these costs which are out of Vast Control . Along with the Additional expenditure waiting for the License. Seed Capital for new investments $750,000 DD , Legal fees etc . Unfortunately you cannot asses a mine for JV or for financing until proper DD has been peformed. New Dumpers and Excavators at Manilla will give a %0% increase in Production at Manilla. They have applied for pre-emption rights for 400 Million shares they obviously don't want to place at this low level and i presume they know whats coming, they will want this in-place to ensure that they can cover themselves if opportunities arise . AP is not stupid and will have kept this to a very minimum and will not place the shares onto the market unless the SP is significantly higher. I am looking forward to today's Pod cast as i am sure AP will be eager to update us and elaborate on today's RNS.
