Hi 2Pence , the list of questions went in on Friday . It was quite a comprehensive list of about 20 questions, with the formatting of LSE it would be impossible to get them on here but St Brides and AP have stated that they will be posted on the website. Hopefully they are getting on with these and look forward to seeing the answers.

2 Pence i have just spoken to AP re the investor yesterday , the shares have gone to a new long term investor who is not selling.
During the conversation i went through some figures and buying at .645 is infact equal net to vast like paying .7 per share due to fees or discounts ,so net cash was equivalent to .7.
That's an amazing way of raising this money for the DD on the Diamonds, the way i see it is that was a very shrewd move by AP getting the funding done this way. To top it off the value outlay will be repaid back massively with the Diamonds, true value for shareholders..

Pecten Tom, its all to do with headroom. That percentage was what was left from the headroom given by us shareholders.

Red or Black, your entitled to your opinion on Vast and AP and i respect you for that. But blatant trolling without substance is un-acceptable in my opinion( yourself in the past have been positive about Vast, whats changed since Ap brought EUREKA,BLUEBERRY,DIAMONDS . You cannot seriously expect people to fall for sell guys so you can mop them up cheaper. Can you please enlighten us long term holders with your knowledge on the BP license process?, also the link between BP and Mercuria draw down?. Funding for Blueberry next you say, please quantify that?. Placings are for value adding projects , please tell me a company on AIm that has never raised cash for value? . ( This is the whole purpose of Aim )
It would be very good if you could also give a detailed understanding of how you see vast and Ap and give us a valuation of the Assets as to why you feel this is going to .5 and below.

Longland Tranche B is not linked to BP , so BP has nothing to to with granting tranche B.

Mustang my take on the RNS is this is not a placing where it goes to a broking house , this is a subscription (maybe first institution or some high net worth and its done at a very very low discount) i would expect these shares to be held in sticky hands and not even come into play on the market. Very shrewd move in my opinion and this will ensure we complete the DD in the 2 month time scale.

No its not DV, but the funds are being used to fast track DD on the new diamond claim as per RNS. Vast obviously believe this to be great asset and AP wants to start mining this ASAP. spend a $ and earn $10 .

Vast Zimbabwe director Mark Mabhudhu said the concession area hadn't been mined before and was anticipated to contain economically viable diamondiferous alluvials, as well as conglomerate ore resources. Conglomerate ore serious value and diamonds will be held in the kimberlite & Alluvial’s alone make it economically viable !!! Hold on to your hats , this will not go unnoticed by serious investors .

Hitlander I think you are been very conservative with your projections , Merange revenue is around 1 - 1.7 billion $ per year. I personally think the new consession are could add in the region of 500mill to Vast market cap . We know the diamonds are there , Ap said in his podcast the artisanal miners are in the location mining alluvial diamonds, now these people are the salt of the earth at diamond Mining and clearly show it’s a super rich area by being on site .
Ap has built a monster of a company guys , he has taken Vast to a whole new level .

Today's first drill results are very encouraging to say the least . The shallow levels are better than PP with grades from .8g/t to 4.95g/t, and as stated these are mean to be sterile areas. The plotting and drilling of intersections from breccia pipes in the future drill result announcement to come, i expect these grades to be blown out the water especially as and when the sweet spots are drilled and logged. This is going to be a Hugh asset to vast, add that to the new diamond claim we received this week and the SP doesn't really move (ridiculous) but at some point the market has to digest this and then we see an Sp grow exponentially.

2P this RNS i guess is hot off the press, i am sure AP will be liaising with St Brides to ensure coverage of this is widespread. This is major news and i expect the market to realise this very very soon.
